First of all I would like to say this is regarding Nicole who is the staff at DB Roberts. She is a very nice lady very polite very sweet. She listened to me. She helped me in everything she could and I am quite pleased with the way she handled our conversation really well therefore I give her full marks she’s a great lady bless her.

We have been with DBroberts for just under 4 years and couldn’t have asked for a better estate agency to rent with. They have truly looked after us, advising on any issues we have had and carrying out regular inspections to ensure we are happy with the property we lived at. They were quick and professional with both the tenancy start and end, and kept me informed with all the necessary steps that I needed to take. After meeting Bethany and Lisa they are both wonderful people and certainly take pride in their work and most importantly made our first renting experience wonderful.

Tia at DB Roberts was so welcoming and helpful during the entire process of us looking to rent a property, right from the very first phone call of arranging a viewing she was super warm and friendly. Then during the application process there was no issue to silly for her to handle. She made sure to keep us updated during all steps, and was so approachable ! The other women we dealt with in this process (Allison for the viewing) and the women in the office who were very welcoming when we had to go into the office to sort out some referencing issues were also incredible.Overall the experience I have had with Tia and the DB Roberts team has been so amazing and so welcoming. Would definitely recommend them to anyone else who wants a smooth transition into a new home ! Thank you for helping us find our new little home !

Tia, the lady that works here I have to say is possibly the best agent I've come across. Everything she did was done in a professional and friendly manor which made a seamless transition into our new property. At the beginning, the service was fine and communication was decent. However, as the sale progressed and there was limited interest, they were initially reluctant to reduce the asking price. Only later, as the contract period was coming to an end, did they start actively looking for buyers.

absolute scammers, homeowners and buyers avoid at all costs. this estate agency takes money on the side from the people who they help buy the properties, they do not convey the higher offers to their clients, instead they would only forward the lower offers and one offer from the person who paid them on the side to secure the property, absolute joke. we had the highest offer on a property and were told that the customer chose somebody who deserved the property more than us even though there offer was lower than ours, poor old owner doesn't even know he got mugged by these scammers and lost a few thousand pounds.
