I have rented my property out with the Jackson Stops Richmond team for years and always received excellent service, follow up and assistance. The team has been particularly helpful and understanding with my recent rental bearing in mind I'm overseas and covid travel restrictions giving me limited access to my flat. The team was always ready to help, give advice and facilitate the process. Thanks again!!!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Very responsive from initial call

Very responsive from initial call, always someone to answer calls from their office in Bridport, great brochure produced and was able to get many viewings with an eventual sale.

I recently contacted Jackson-Stops, Richmond, in my search for a flat to rent in the area. I thought my needs were too niche but unbelievably Louis Gardener found me my dream home within a couple of weeks. He was amazing! His commitment was unerring; a consummate professional. The best experience I have ever encountered with a letting agent. Highly recommended.

Very poor and unprofessional

Very poor and unprofessional. Be very careful getting your house valued. Poor sales process. Wouldnt use ever again. If you are in the Oxted area many other more professional firms.

Professionalism in difficult times…

I can recommend my selling experience with Jackson Stops, in particular the professionalism of Mandy Bissell who followed the process (during a difficult time with Covid and associated complications) from beginning to end.

The Pimlico office of Jackson-Stop provides an excellent professional service. Very satisfied.

The Pimlico office of Jackson-Stops sold my house. It was a very difficult market but they got a good price and I was very happy with the service. They clearly understood the market very well and gave me very good advice during the whole process. I would strongly recommend Jackson-Stops to others wishing to sell property in Pimlico.
