Jackson-Stops Teddington have let two properties in the area for me over a number of years. They have always found excellent tenants, with little or no vacant periods and at good market rent. Mark has always provided me with sound, expert and professional advice. Always goes above and beyond. I wouldn't use anyone else!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I recently interacted with Charlie from Jackson-Stops Richmond in relation to viewing properties to rent and had a very good experience. He was very prompt in responding to our questions, on time for the viewing and professional in his communication.

Where do I start? Charlie’s ability to make what is an ordeal into a seamless and enjoyable occasion is incredible. We were trying to find a house, Charlie found us a home.

I have been using this firm for many, many years to rent out my property. They are very professional, proactive and have a great, consistent positive can-do approach to managing me as their client. They also treat my tenants with great respect also which is key for me. I will continue to use Jackson-Stops for many years to come.

Poor negotiators

Poor negotiators, more for buyers than sellers as only after the commission which is high. Placed a family barn on the market & they won with high value then drop 7% after a year not selling then another 3% for good measure, whilst issuing buyer demands for un needed repairs etc-still unsold and the owner, my widow stressed. Avoid.

Had a great experience of renting an apartment from Jacksons stop agency. The agent Veronica Zidullina assisted and advised throughout the entire process, even after signing the contract. Veronica responded quickly and was always in touch. Highly recommended!

I was assisted by Noran to get a new flat. It has been the best experience with a real estate agent in London so far. Very helpful and quick to get everything sorted.
