Mark Birch arranged a video viewing, was clear about the expectations of the landlord, and also accomodated the specific requirements that I had for my rental agreement. Everything from the first viewing to the ultimate signing of the contract was done remotely. The first time I saw the house was when I actually arrived back in England and moved in - and there were no surprises. Finding a new home is never easy, especially in today’s market. Antony in the Weybridge branch however, did not only offer a high degree of professionalism and knowledge, but also a friendly and personal approach. Out of all the estate agents I was dealing with, he was the only one who went above and beyond to stay in regular contact to highlight properties which fitted my criteria as they were being launched. Would not hesitate to use them again.
