We purchased our first property through Jackson-Stops. From start to finish they were amazing.Throughout the whole process they kept in contact with us either through email or telephone call. Keeping us up to date with updates from the seller or the solicitor. Even when we were waiting for long periods of time for information, they would keep us informed that they are doing all they can to keep the process moving.Once we completed and we went to pick up the keys, we were greeted with friendly and chatty employees who were really happy for us. They even gave us a bottle of champagne which was a really thoughtful touch. They even said if they ever needed us we could contact them which we felt reassured and felt like we had support even after completion.We will definitely go back to Jackson-Stops for future purchases.Thank you again!George and Olivia

The sales process handled by Robert ; Joe and Dan was also excellent. All knew of transaction and contributed seamlessly although Joe primary contact. GoogleWe found the sales team at Jackson Stops to be highly professional, especially throughout this very challenging COVID season. Realistic expectations were agreed regarding the sale price, marketing and appointments were handled efficiently and we were very happy to receive a few acceptable offers. When an agreed sale fell through, a further sale was promptly agreed. We have no hesitation in recommending Dan, Karl and team.

I cannot fault the service provided by Chris Fairclough at Jackson-Stops Dorking and Mr King at the Reigate office. They dealt with the sale of our late Uncle's house in a compassionate and professional way. They gave sensible and accurate advice based on an excellent knowledge of the local area. They showed a genuine interest in the house which was a very much loved family home. Nothing was too much trouble for any members of staff. Viewings and offers were beyond our expectations. We have already recommended them and will continue to do so.
