The whole Lettings Team at the Teddington Office have been amazing! I made a few enquiries with different local estate agents on their contact pages, and Shaun was the first to get back, and he was so enthusiastic that Dexters were our preferred agent from the get-go. Marc was incredibly professional right the way through the process. He showed the most interest in our family home when he came round and while he was realistic with the price, he was also the most credible of the local estate agents that he could provide the high standard of service that he was promising. We completed on our house last week, having been introduced to Siobhan at the very start of the process. Siobhan was really great from day 1; provided various options for us to view, and an additional option at the last minute which had just come onto the market, which she thought would be a perfect choice for us (indeed she was correct!). Siobhan was so lovely; we were kept up to date, and she made us feel valued throughout. The whole process from then was very smooth, and although we were the buyer, it really felt like our interests were kept in mind throughout. We had engaged 2 estate agents previously over the years to sell our house and I have to say working with Dexters has proven to me why they are the leading estate agent. From the very start - first visit by Alex who was personable, empathetic as she obviously appreciates how ones home is special even if you have chosen to sell. The brochure detail and listing they produced were far superior to what we had before. They brought a team of sales people to see the house so they could actually talk from experience to potential buyers. We received absolutely outstanding service from everyone at the Teddington office, with a special mention to Alexandra, Hannah and Lesley, who we have dealt with throughout the process of selling our flat and they have all been very approachable, professional and friendly.
