Today we exchanged on our house purchase! At the beginning of the process we worked with Alex who was absolutely fantastic at helping us to find a property and we really got the feeling like she was on a personal mission to find us the perfect place….and she did (although a special mention to Calum because were it not for him we would have cancelled our viewing as we didn’t think the property would be right for us…..moral of the story is don’t discount a property based only on the floorplan/dimensions/photos!). Alex kept us up to date all the way through up until we had our offer accepted and she made us feel valued throughout. From there we dealt with Lesley and the whole process ran extremely smoothly in her expert hands. Even when things (which were out of her control) got a bit bumpy, she diligently got them back on track and we felt totally safe in her hands. In my opinion Lesley went above and beyond to get us to exchange and she deserves special recognition for this as we wouldn’t have exchanged as quickly were it not for her. Everyone was extremely helpful and I would definitely recommend Dexters to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thanks to the whole team at Dexters Teddington!

What an amazing team of people! Donna, who came to do our valuation, stood out a country mile from the other agents we had round, with her keen eye, enthusiasm and knowledge. And she’s a very lovely person too. In every way, she and her team went above and beyond: from taking day and night shots of the property to create a beautiful brochure, sending the whole team round to get to know the property, having a list of qualified buyers before the property even went on the market and having the very brilliant Siobhan show everyone round to staying on top of every aspect of the chain to ensure a timely exchange and completion. The whole process was very impressive. Donna particularly has customer service and satisfaction at the heart of everything she does. She kept us informed at all stages and was incredibly resourceful in overcoming tricky problems in the chain, all the while remaining positive and reassuring. Donna, Alice, Anne and Alex worked unbelievably hard for us. I really cannot recommend Donna and her team at Dexters Teddington highly enough.

After several viewings with various estate agents it was Sienna who took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. We received a call from Sienna, she simply said ‘We have the perfect place for you, you must see it’ The posted images of this property did not do it justice and we were not convinced, we would never have arranged a viewing here if it wasn’t for Sienna’s call. We had engaged 2 estate agents previously over the years to sell our house and I have to say working with Dexters has proven to me why they are the leading estate agent. From the very start - first visit by Alex who was personable, empathetic as she obviously appreciates how ones home is special even if you have chosen to sell. The brochure detail and listing they produced were far superior to what we had before. They brought a team of sales people to see the house so they could actually talk from experience to potential buyers. We’ve recently purchased a property through Dexters in Teddington. From the various viewings we wanted to undertake at the beginning to the final exchange of contracts they couldn’t have been more helpful. Both Alice and Lesley were always measured and kept us up to date throughout which ensured we were never surprised. The mortgage took agesssss to come through (like most mortgages at the moment!) but they did a great job of keeping the sellers up to date and we didn’t get much pressure at all. She had a property that she thought we would be interested in and went above and beyond to try to contact us about it and got us in to view it an hour later. She's been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the whole process of negotiating with the landlord. After having started my property investment journey 5 months ago, I have spoken to countless Letting Agents, both from large established firms and smaller independent organisations. Along the way I have come across challenges and some resistance from somewhat complacent agents who have held a traditional view towards how to serve their landlords. This is why I can say that Dexters have proven to provide a breath of fresh air. Dealing directly with Sienna on a viewing early this afternoon provided just that! From first speaking with her over the phone, I found her to be pleasant, engaging and helpful. Once I met her at the property, I was impressed by her knowledge of the market as well as how open minded and forward thinking she is.
