Donna Littman led the sales team and her energy, efficiency and persistence in moving the sale along was excellent. If you are selling your home in Teddington I couldn't recommend Donna and her team highly enough.

Calum Mitchell is not only an easy person to get along with but he worked really hard to bring us buyers together with sellers even in situations where the gap seemed impossible to bridge. He never gives up in trying to find us something and has spent time showing us properties we might not otherwise have considered. The only reason that it is not 5 stars is because he hasn't yet managed to find us that motivated seller but we have every confidence that he will.

Sarah made me write this review so she can win the office prize! I don’t normally write reviews until an agent has found me a house but as she said she’ll split half of the winnings with me if she becomes victorious, then, I thought, I may as well draft one! Dexter’s in Teddington is one of the best. Everyone on the team is professional. Sarah has been lovely. Bit crazy, but lovely! Just a shame I haven’t found my ideal property yet, but I’m sure she’ll keep trying in her own indomitable fashion! Ps- please stock some umbrellas in the office. We got drenched the other day!

I just wanted to say that whilst Sheikh Mohsin delivered the news that my landlord had suddenly requested the vacation of her property with 2 months’ notice, rather than the plan we had started to extend our contract by 2 years, he did this with the utmost sensitivity and tact. His empathetic attitude softened this massive blow, and he genuinely conveyed a calming and regretful manner in light of this devastating news. I appreciate that this is job, but Mr Mohsin was the right person to deliver this difficult turn of events, and whilst the past few months have been very stressful, he has been the positive in the negative.

We were looking for a new place to rent in early June, 2017, and with "One Phone Call" to the Dexters Teddington Office, we have not only found a sweet home, but also saved a ton of our time in looking/viewing. Sam Norkett is a Lettings Consultant there, and he was the one made all this happen with his quick thinking, and knowing what's available, also what's becoming available. As a moving goes, there were logistic changes to be made, and both Sam Norkett, and David Barker handled all matters with such a professional and courteous manner. Whenever I called the office, the people who answered the call were super friendly, and all the calls/emails were returned in timely manner. Our search for a flat has been pretty stressful As we have a small dog and only needed a short term let contract. I swapped to Dexters after some unsuccessful months with another agent. I walked into Dexters in Teddington and without looking at her screen or notepad Donna knew my house straight away from her valuation six months previously, she knew all the details without looking them up which was very impressive. Donna sealed my confidence with her enthusiasm and she got all of her team straight round to view my house that day. Within 24 hours I had a low offer and within two weeks the house had gone under offer to a lovely local couple. Just got keys of our new home from Dexters, who did an amazing coordination during our purchase process. Lesley is really helpful, patient and profession. Of course her colleague Elliot as well. However, if in the future, once we picked up the phones, dexters could avoid to push by asking very straightforward "have you paid ......" (or in a more appropriate way to), that would make people more comfortable as we do not really like to be asked to pay all the time (though it's the truth you of course need to pay if you want to buy a property)
