Dexters Teddington are simply amazing! Marc Hedges and his team have really knocked it out the park with their hard work and customer service. I was sceptical about leaving my old agency (who I’ve been with for the past 12 years) for Dexters, but Marc Hedges has really shown what amazing customer service truly is. My new tenants are fantastic and I cannot fault Dexters at all. Thank you team ! You really are a cut above all of the other agencies on the high street.

My wife and I have just had an offer accepted on a lovely local property in Teddington. From the very first point of contact @Priya was amazing! She was very knowledgeable about the property (some other local estate agents were less so about their properties), she was informative and kept us up to date with the whole process from the viewing through to the accepted offer, and the steps after that. I can't recommend the Teddington team highly enough! They have been fantastic all the way through. From the very beginning when I met with Donna and Anne to begin to market my home, then with Alex and Ryan who helped find my new home, and helped so much with the purchase. We bought through Dexters in July 2022. Ryan represented his client extremely well and provided us with an excellent service. Always professional and willing to answer any questions we had, particularly before we put in an offer and a revised offer. Ryan kept us in the loop throughout the entire time and helped manage expectations with his client due to delays from our buyer side. He also made it easy whenever we asked to view the property on multiple occasions. Ryan would occasionally apply pressure to us to keep things moving yet did it in a way that didn’t put us in a tricky position. Selling and buying property is stressful and Ryan’s calm approach helped us managed that stress. As a buyer, it’s been an excellent experience working with Dexters.

Donna and her team (mainly Alex) were superb in what was a stressful year long process in forming a chain and then keeping it together through to completion. She kept very regular contact and was extremely active in keeping communication flowing up and down the chain. Getting a good offer on our house in Teddington was only the first step; but where Donna and her team really added value was everything after that in managing a complex and constantly changing chain. I probably spoke to Donna twice a week for nearly a year, and I think that goes to show the effort Dexters put in to the journey. Dexters have been SO helpful in helping us find a rental property in Teddington. The market is fierce but with Sebastian's help, we were well supported and excellently advised on viewings, offers and completion which meant we have been able to secure a lovely property to move in to. Sebastian has been SO patient and kind, especially when I called him up multiple times in one day with a million questions! I worked with Alexandra and Ann at Dexter's in Teddington when buying our house, they were both fantastic! Having had an extremely positive experience of buying a house with Dexters, I would definitely sell through them if I was doing so in the future. Without the kindness and expert help from Alex and Ann, I would not have been able to buy the house I wanted and I am incredibly grateful for this!
