My partner and I have had a really positive experience with Dexter's. From the moment we had to start looking for a new home, the team at Dexter's have been incredibly supportive; offering valuable advice, and helpful solutions. In particular, we felt that Marc in particular listened to us, and understood what we wanted in our new home search. He was able to identify several appropriate new homes, and help us narrow it down. Without his support, we would not have found our new home so quickly, and definitely made it a far less stressful experience than it would have been. Once we had identified our potential new home, the Dexter's team seemed to bend over backwards to ensure that this move was going to be right for us. Molly was especially helpful, and was always available to answer a question, and facilitated our move in with the utmost professionalism.

This Estate Agent is fantastic! I was shown a property by James, who was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I was then supported with my rental offer by James and Sara. They both went above and beyond to help me during the process. Calls are answered very quickly, and emails are responded to promptly. We've had really great service from the rental team at Dexters in Teddington. Mainly I've dealt with Sara and Claudia, who have been efficient and helpful throughout the whole process of letting our house. On the basis of my experience, I would highly recommend them. Updating this after 9 months, the service from Dexters is still really good and the tenancy is going very smoothly.. Lately my main point of contact has been Harlie-Jade Stevens, and like everyone else I have dealt with she has been most helpful and efficient.

I have been working with Lauren from Dexters Teddington. She very quickly ‘got’ what I wanted in a property, and has worked hard in finding a good fit - not easy given my criteria. She has kept me in the loop and has communicated well, contacting me as soon as a property match became available. I can honestly say she’s been the hardest working and most engaged of all the agents I have dealt with. Claudia has been absolutely amazing!! My sister and I have moved here from Spain and Claudia has been so great at guiding and helping us every step of the way through the entire rental process. She is a really lovely person and could not do more for you! It has been such a pleasure working with her. I could not reccomend her more!! Thank you Claudia for being so fantastic with us!
