What an amazing team of people! Donna, who came to do our valuation, stood out a country mile from the other agents we had round, with her keen eye, enthusiasm and knowledge. And she’s a very lovely person too. In every way, she and her team went above and beyond: from taking day and night shots of the property to create a beautiful brochure, sending the whole team round to get to know the property, having a list of qualified buyers before the property even went on the market and having the very brilliant Siobhan show everyone round to staying on top of every aspect of the chain to ensure a timely exchange and completion. The whole process was very impressive. Donna particularly has customer service and satisfaction at the heart of everything she does. She kept us informed at all stages and was incredibly resourceful in overcoming tricky problems in the chain, all the while remaining positive and reassuring. Sophie is so lovely & made us feel so comfortable when looking for our first time rental property. She didn't make us feel like anything we asked was ever too silly & put us totally at ease through the whole process. We again found ourselves having to look for a flat quite quickly and after a wonderful experience with Dexters and especially Sara who works at the Teddington branch last time we knew who could help. She didn’t disappoint. Her level of professionalism mixed with a very friendly approach made what should of been a stressful experience a very easy one. We received absolutely outstanding service from everyone at the Teddington office, with a special mention to Alexandra, Hannah and Lesley, who we have dealt with throughout the process of selling our flat and they have all been very approachable, professional and friendly. They were always very helpful and nothing was too much effort regardless of time and day and it has been a pleasure working with them to successfully sell our flat. We had engaged 2 estate agents previously over the years to sell our house and I have to say working with Dexters has proven to me why they are the leading estate agent. From the very start - first visit by Alex who was personable, empathetic as she obviously appreciates how ones home is special even if you have chosen to sell. The brochure detail and listing they produced were far superior to what we had before. They brought a team of sales people to see the house so they could actually talk from experience to potential buyers. The whole team at Dexters Teddington work so hard, extremely professional, they actually earn their commission and in all my interactions everyone has been polite and responsive.
