I bought a flat through Dexter Teddington, and I can confidently say the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team truly went above and beyond. Key points: They were extremely mindful of the seller and buyers concerns and always respected our privacies. They took real ownership whenever I needed help with the solicitor, and their understanding of the legal process made everything much smoother. They were easy to reach, highly responsive, and very proactive throughout. A special thank you to Danny and Hannah for their outstanding support throughout the whole process, it really made a difference. I was incredibly fortunate to have Shems assisting me throughout my property search. As I was in Istanbul at the time and unable to attend viewings in person, I truly relied on her support. Jacob was excellent - the only estate agent who took the time to get to know our preferences, put up with our being picky in trying to find our forever home, and went out of his way to show us around potential properties; and did so with care and good humour. We started our search broadly, and by the end were only really bothering to look with Jacob and Dexters, such a league above was his way of working. And when it came to exchange and completion he and Hannah were on top of the transaction the whole way through. Were we to move again I think we’d struggle to go elsewhere.
