I have been dealing with Joanna Vogel for the past few weeks and she has been excellent. She takes the time to get to know her clients, understand their needs and will go above and beyond to help. Joanna is repspectful of her clients time and understands that we all live busy lives and Ive never felt ‘hounded’ with repetitive phone calls but instead takes the time to arrange a time for a call at a convenient time. She’s great!

Sarah made me write this review so she can win the office prize! I don’t normally write reviews until an agent has found me a house but as she said she’ll split half of the winnings with me if she becomes victorious, then, I thought, I may as well draft one! Dexter’s in Teddington is one of the best. Everyone on the team is professional. Sarah has been lovely. Bit crazy, but lovely! Just a shame I haven’t found my ideal property yet, but I’m sure she’ll keep trying in her own indomitable fashion! Ps- please stock some umbrellas in the office. We got drenched the other day!

After having started my property investment journey 5 months ago, I have spoken to countless Letting Agents, both from large established firms and smaller independent organisations. Along the way I have come across challenges and some resistance from somewhat complacent agents who have held a traditional view towards how to serve their landlords. This is why I can say that Dexters have proven to provide a breath of fresh air. Dealing directly with Sienna on a viewing early this afternoon provided just that! From first speaking with her over the phone, I found her to be pleasant, engaging and helpful. Once I met her at the property, I was impressed by her knowledge of the market as well as how open minded and forward thinking she is. I had many questions and she provided me with everything I needed to know - and was very patient as I was surveying and documenting my findings at the property. I look forward to building a long standing relationship with Sienna and her team at Dexters as I can see that we will close alot of business in 2020 and beyond. I would definitely recommend Sienna as she is a consummate professional with a good heart that seems always willing to help.

I just wanted to say that whilst Sheikh Mohsin delivered the news that my landlord had suddenly requested the vacation of her property with 2 months’ notice, rather than the plan we had started to extend our contract by 2 years, he did this with the utmost sensitivity and tact. His empathetic attitude softened this massive blow, and he genuinely conveyed a calming and regretful manner in light of this devastating news. I appreciate that this is job, but Mr Mohsin was the right person to deliver this difficult turn of events, and whilst the past few months have been very stressful, he has been the positive in the negative.

We were looking for a new place to rent in early June, 2017, and with "One Phone Call" to the Dexters Teddington Office, we have not only found a sweet home, but also saved a ton of our time in looking/viewing. Sam Norkett is a Lettings Consultant there, and he was the one made all this happen with his quick thinking, and knowing what's available, also what's becoming available. As a moving goes, there were logistic changes to be made, and both Sam Norkett, and David Barker handled all matters with such a professional and courteous manner. Whenever I called the office, the people who answered the call were super friendly, and all the calls/emails were returned in timely manner. In the future whenever I need a new place to rent, or looking to buy, Dexters Teddington Office will be the first place to contact, as well as look for Sam and David for their professional and courteous help!
