The whole Lettings Team at the Teddington Office have been amazing! I made a few enquiries with different local estate agents on their contact pages, and Shaun was the first to get back, and he was so enthusiastic that Dexters were our preferred agent from the get-go. Marc was incredibly professional right the way through the process. He showed the most interest in our family home when he came round and while he was realistic with the price, he was also the most credible of the local estate agents that he could provide the high standard of service that he was promising. Last but by no means least, Sara has been wonderful, ironing out every little detail, and making the whole transition from family home to landlord incredibly smooth. We are moving today and could not be more excited! Thanks to Sienna.... After several viewings with various estate agents it was Sienna who took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. We received a call from Sienna, she simply said ‘We have the perfect place for you, you must see it’ The posted images of this property did not do it justice and we were not convinced, we would never have arranged a viewing here if it wasn’t for Sienna’s call. We had our doubts but as soon as we arrived for our first viewing we were sold, it is beautiful! From that date, we received speedy communication, professionalism and a personal 5 star service. Today we exchanged on our house purchase! At the beginning of the process we worked with Alex who was absolutely fantastic at helping us to find a property and we really got the feeling like she was on a personal mission to find us the perfect place….and she did (although a special mention to Calum because were it not for him we would have cancelled our viewing as we didn’t think the property would be right for us…..moral of the story is don’t discount a property based only on the floorplan/dimensions/photos!). Alex kept us up to date all the way through up until we had our offer accepted and she made us feel valued throughout. From there we dealt with Lesley and the whole process ran extremely smoothly in her expert hands. Even when things (which were out of her control) got a bit bumpy, she diligently got them back on track and we felt totally safe in her hands. In my opinion Lesley went above and beyond to get us to exchange and she deserves special recognition for this as we wouldn’t have exchanged as quickly were it not for her. We’ve recently purchased a property through Dexters in Teddington. From the various viewings we wanted to undertake at the beginning to the final exchange of contracts they couldn’t have been more helpful. Both Alice and Lesley were always measured and kept us up to date throughout which ensured we were never surprised. The mortgage took agesssss to come through (like most mortgages at the moment!) but they did a great job of keeping the sellers up to date and we didn’t get much pressure at all. I’d highly recommend Dexters Teddington, Alice and Lesley!

We completed on our house last week, having been introduced to Siobhan at the very start of the process. Siobhan was really great from day 1; provided various options for us to view, and an additional option at the last minute which had just come onto the market, which she thought would be a perfect choice for us (indeed she was correct!). Siobhan was so lovely; we were kept up to date, and she made us feel valued throughout. The whole process from then was very smooth, and although we were the buyer, it really felt like our interests were kept in mind throughout. What an amazing team of people! Donna, who came to do our valuation, stood out a country mile from the other agents we had round, with her keen eye, enthusiasm and knowledge. And she’s a very lovely person too. In every way, she and her team went above and beyond: from taking day and night shots of the property to create a beautiful brochure, sending the whole team round to get to know the property, having a list of qualified buyers before the property even went on the market and having the very brilliant Siobhan show everyone round to staying on top of every aspect of the chain to ensure a timely exchange and completion. From the very start - first visit by Alex who was personable, empathetic as she obviously appreciates how ones home is special even if you have chosen to sell.
