She was in very regular contact and helped to chase up all the people in the chain so that things went as quickly as possible and we were able to complete when we wanted. Can’t thank the Dexters team enough for helping us to buy at a particularly tricky time. From the moment we spoke to Callum, we knew we were in good hands. Ann was a phenomenal support when we found our dream home - professional, diligent and caring, keeping us in the loop the whole time and greatly reducing our anxiety. Sam was also great when showing us around, it was lovely to build up a relationship over several viewings and made the experience much more enjoyable. When I called mid tenancy with an emergency Micthell immediately took action and made sure I was advised properly and although not directly responsible was happy to have me copy him on emails and kept in touch to ensure the problem was resolved. This kind of personalised support and customer care is rare and I was pleasantly surprised with the genuine interest Mitchell took in ensuring I was happy with the outcome. I cannot recommend Dexters Teddington enough and Mitchell is a real asset.

This is a review for Teddington Dexters because the team genuinely deserve the feedback. Collectively, they are the most hard working, diligent and lovely team that I've had the fortune to get to know. It's been a long journey for me, both selling and buying my new property, both of which were through Dexters but my experience has been a really positive one. My sale was with complications, not to mention the challenges of Covid. But no matter what got thrown up, the team didn't give up on finding us the right buyer and basically smashed it out of the park for us in the end after a long old journey (praise to the amazing Alex here). There is always someone in the team ready to help jump in if the person you need isn't there and it's always with warmth and sincerity (Callum). Under Donna and Ann, the team have a really strategic and thought out approach and i think it pays off, rather than being told big numbers and rubbish - they are realistic and they know the market inside out and leverage that knowledge. Regarding my property purchase - well - it's full credit to Donna Littman that i found somewhere as lovely as I have for my boys & I. Thank you SO much. I'm sure It's not an easy job being an estate agent with stressed-out irate people always on the phone, because it is an emotional process selling / moving etc. But If you are buying in the area, then I can't recommend talking to this team in Teddington first because they keep everything in perspective for you. Even when you think it's all blowing up. I can't thank them ALL enough. You rock Team Teddington. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me. Dexters have sold two houses for us over the years and currently manage a rental property. The service has always been good, but for the recent sale that we have just completed it was excellent. It was by far the most stressful sale we have ever been involved in and included multiple lost buyers, collapsed chains, legal issues, etc. I managed to maintain my sanity through the whole process thanks in no small part to Donna Littman, Ryan Walker and the rest of the team at Dexters Teddington. At one point we lost our buyer and risked losing the house of our onward purchase as a result. Ryan, in less than a week(!!!), managed to secure two new buyers without advertising on RightMove or any other platform, thus keeping our chain alive. Sara was very helpful in every stage of the journey, from recommending properties, following up on the viewings, and even guiding us through the offer and bidding process. The process was pretty fast and transparent and made the house hunting way easier than we expected to. The only opportunity for improvement would be to be mindful of sending more property options while we were already in the process of formalizing our agreement, as it was a bit confusing at times. However, that was more a company-wide issue, as we also consulted other offices.

October 2021 This is my second review with Dexters in the last one year and I am really happy with their services. I recently moved house with both my earlier and new home managed by Dexters. The lettings team led by Marc Hedges, Sean Noble, and Joshua Evans were extremely helpful in getting my move sorted comfortably. I'd also like to mention the excellent property management service provided by the property management team at Dexters, led by Bethany Stewart, for my earlier property. I would definitely recommend Dexters if you are looking for a comfortable and peaceful renting experience! October 2020 I have had a very nice experience with Dexters while moving into Teddington a fortnight ago. The Lettings Manager, Sophie Yeates, was extremely helpful and supportive in helping me select an apartment within my budget and then arranging my move into the new apartment.
