GoogleWe ( me, wife, 2 year old son) were searching for a house to move immediately and Palmer Snell was able to find us a very good home very quickly. Specially, Jay Jay very kindly helped us on the spot to view the house as well as fasten the renting process.

Google*** AVOID *** Extremely poor service from the letting section. Worst decision I could have made choosing Palmer Snell to let my property. Would give 0 stars if it was possible. When I was initially setting up the tenancy, I phoned, eventually got though. The lady answered the phone with her pub job greeting, realised her mistake then hung up. Wish I followed my gut and stopped it then! I have had to chase and chase them for information, very unresponsive. I feel bad for my tenant as it’s not the service he deserves. I have had money taking out of my rent money for services I that didn’t initially request, and I have requested to be stopped. No one willing to take any responsibility. Very very frustrating first experience as a landlord. *** AVOID ***NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI was really beginning to lose faith and thought I would never find a nice home for myself and my 3 year old son. Other estate agents were just rude and didn't communicate with me if a house I was interested in was no longer available. Then thankfully I found palmer snell. They were so lovely and polite. Very helpful and transparent. Everything got sorted really quickly and I'm now in a lovely little house with a small garden. I couldn't be happier! They were very informative and upfront about everything so I knew where I stood and what I needed to do. They were easy to talk to and answered any questions I had (and there were a few) would definitely reccomend!

From my first meeting with Laura, the manager a very professional lady with a huge amount of knowledge and offered some great advice to me. Once I decided to take the plunge and rent out my home , i have dealt with lorin, tegan and Hannah , and found them very helpful professional and they have kept me up to date at every stage of the process I would recommend 100% Palmer Snell to anybody thinking about renting Thank you ladies you did brilliantly

GoogleWe have recently had a change over in our Taunton property. Laura's team at palmer Snell have been, at all times, exceptionally helpful. They always respond to emails and phone calls quickly and handled the whole change over of tenants with complete professionalism. We are extremely grateful to Laurin, Tegan and Vanessa for all their work and doing such a brilliant job. I would not hesitate to recommend the Taunton Palmer Snell office to any landlord or tenant.
