This is the first time we have rented our house out through an estate agents and we couldn't have chosen a better option! unbelievably professional yet personal service from Laura. She made every single step smooth sailing especially as we started the process as lockdown started and legislation changed throughout!! constant communication made everything easy. I will forever recommend Next Place and Laura for all of your Estate Agent needs!!!!

Very friendly and very professional staff. This was a very tricky sale due to previous buyer situation during Covid that led to the sale falling through, Next Place got me a quick sale straight afterwards and got it through as quickly as possible. Thank you to the whole team.
