FacebookHighly recommended. Laura and Holly were helpful and efficient. Let out my property in lightening speed and always willing to help when we hit a slight bump in the road. Thank you so much and feel at ease knowing you are looking after my property and tenants ongoing.

FacebookAbsolute Shocking service and they haven't even been to value our house. Had appointment for Monday at 6 clock. Was asked if we could do any earlier and I advised 6 was best time we could do. All was agreed with Rachel that this would be ok to only then get a call from a different colleague asking me if they could do an earlier appointment. To which we advised we couldn't. Had yet another call today asking again if we could move the appointment to a different day this time. Think this clearly demonstrates they don't want the business and if the appointment wasn't convenient enough in the first place they shouldn't have agreed to it. Would much rather pay high street agents prices and get a proper service.

FacebookAbsolutely amazed with the friendly service received from next place especially Laura. As she kept us updated throughout the whole process of us letting our property and has been brilliant keeping in touch to make sure all is going well in the first few weeks of settling in. After having issues with past estate agencys. Laura an the team at next place have certainly put my mind at ease. Would highly recommend :)

FacebookWould highly recommend Next Place. From start to finish they were incredible, especially in these difficult times. At the start of the process Anton gave us good sound advice on putting our property up for sale. Jade and Lyndsey were also great, polite and helpful on the next step. Abby was fantastic with the sales progression and always available on the other end of the phone.

FacebookWe sold our property via Next Place (3 times in 6 month) through no fault of ours or theirs just difficult buyers! But Lyndsey was amazing each time put it straight back on the market and lined up viewings! When sold Abby dealt with everything super quick and responded to my 101 daily emails! All in all very down to earth reassuring service provided by both! X

FacebookFantastic service, our house was on Rightmove the same day as having the photos/measurements - no waiting, really good use of social media to promote the house. Lyndsey and Abby were always contactable for advice and gave regular updates. Opening hours are very good especially when unable to make 'personal' calls from work. After several bad experiences selling houses I would recommend Next-Place to everyone.

FacebookBrilliant agents, we're really effective and helpful during what turned out to be a difficult and drawn out sale Abby and the sales staff were great. Abby was making daily calls to us, the buyers and both sets of solicitors which ultately melade our sale progress quicker than it would have. Highly recommend.

FacebookFirst time Landlord, looked at a number of Letting Agents who lacked the knowledge and direction I needed. Laura was fantastic, made the options available clear and concise. I never thought it would be so easy, property let within a week with no effort from me, everything I wanted.

TrustpilotDo not deal with this Unscupulous Agent!!!
Confirms an offer is accepted, then takes a higher one a few days later. As they refuse to take house off the market after agreeing a sale and carry on with viewings\ offers!
