I would give more stars if I could. Laura Lockington has gone the extra mile for me today. She took the time to listen to my personal housing situation and needs, she offered very detailed, knowledgeable and professional advice and put my mind at ease that she can help me find the right property for me. I have spoken to a few agents the last few weeks, but won’t look any further. Anton and his team sold my house for me , it was a couple of years ago now , but I wouldn’t hesitate but use Anton again , when we decide to move on. He was efficient and professional at all times , I could easily get hold of someone at the office if I needed too , all the ladies who work there are very nice and easily approachable , they kept me informed on what was happening at every stage in my sale . Excellent service throughout our sale. Anton explained everything clearly at the start and set everything up for us. The use of a whatsapp group to keep us up to date was brilliant as were the emails everytime a viewing was arranged. Lyndsey and Jade were always really helpful during phone conversations and Abby was always there to push the sale through once a buyer had been found. I would definitely recommend Next Place to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Quickest, smoothest & most efficient sale! We had our property up with 2 other agents from June 2023, switched to Next Place and within a week we had several viewings, 2 offers & then sold! 3 months from start to finish with Christmas in between. Regular check-ins provide by Abby & Nicola once sold, but running up to the sale Luke was fantastic with the negotiations & got us what we wanted. Massive thank you to Anton & all the team cannot recommend them enough!

Next Place put our house on the market and got a lot of viewings in and sold it with 1 week!!! But not only that they sold it for 2,500k over the asking price!! They were then extremely helpful the whole way through the buy & sell process. And helped us so much more than Purple Bricks whom we were buying off and were completely useless!! I'm so glad we went for Next Place instead of online estate agents! Brillaint price and worth every penny to know the faces and names of the people that were always at the end of the phone to help!! The team were fantastic and made moving with 2 young children as easy and stress free as it could be!! Thank You! Highly recommend!! I'd even work for Anton and the team! 😂

I have been meaning to recommend this company for a couple of months now but have been busy with my relocation! The team here were wonderful, it was a very stressful time for myself trying to organise my relocation from Tamworth up to Scotland but these guys took away all of the stress regarding renting out our property! They were all very efficient & helpful which made it extremely easy to communicate with them we dealt with the lovely Laura, Holly & Rebecca who have all been great to work with. Holly was great, she was there on time to do the coming soon video & again when it came to taking the pictures - she was very professional & managed to get some great pictures of our beautiful home that we had spent a lot of time getting ready! She had it online that day, within a week we had viewings & days later a suitable tenant was found - obviously we were absolutely delighted with this service & it has been going well ever since, communication has continued & thankfully no issues or concerns at all - Thank you Holly Thank you to the whole team we dealt with also - everyone was wonderful!

I was struggling to find a house & Laura at Nextplace went above and beyond to help me find a house. Without Laura i would still be struggling to find somewhere now. I can’t thank her enough. I was kept updated every step of the way. Took all the stress of moving, away from me. Holly was also great in completing all the paperwork and organising the move in date and getting the keys. We recently purchased a property through Next Place and they couldn’t have been more helpful. We were really keen on the property and Lyndsey managed to fit us in for an appointment on the day that I called. She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable and couldn’t have done enough for us. Once we secured the property we were then passed over to Abby who kept us updated on the progress of the sale. She was always responsive and helpful and I really cannot fault the after sales team! We didn’t use Next Place for the sale of our own property but I really wish we did! If we ever sell another property I will for sure be using this estate agents. Thank you Lyndsey and Abby for making this stressful experience a lot more enjoyable!

We have used Next place to sell our property. From the instant I met Anton i knew he was the man for me. The tools he used to sell our home with the dollhouse virtual tour looked brilliant. Lyndsey was there to show the viewings around and offered us tips to present the house the best it could. I only had a short dealing with Next Place as we decided not to sell our house (personal issues). In the time we dealt with them they were absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble!! They were helpful, friendly, informative and extremely professional! In particular Laura, Lyndsay, Claire and of course Anton! The WhatsApp group is a brilliant idea for communication. I recently sold my house, although I didn't use Next Place they were my sellers estate agent and through the whole experience I was really impressed. I used another top Tamworth estate agent and although I'd paid for their services the communication from them paled in comparison to the service from Next Place. If I was moving again I'd certainly be using them. Laura was great to deal with at the start of the process, making viewing and putting in an offer very easy. Abby was an absolute delight to work with through the long 6 month process. She kept me well informed throughout, more than my solicitor and my estate agent. I really appreciate everything they did. I'd definitely recommend them, very professional.

With next place we’ve just bought a home, when we first made a bid on our home we spoke to Anton who rather than telling us whether the bid was accepted or refused he said well what’s the maximum you can go to as other bids had been made which I found odd and I didn’t enjoy that added pressure.. I asked for acceptance or refusal on the original offer which was accepted. I found his manner to come across rude at times. When I told him I couldn’t bring my ID is straight away the response I got was ‘well you need to pull your finger out then don’t you!’ - once again not professional or needed. By far the best worker in that place is ABBY I could not find any faults with her she was constantly chasing everything and nothing was ever a bother for her... I had updates from her before I had updates from my solicitors! The only issues on the day were we picked up a key from next place on day of moving and they gave us the wrong key so both me my partner and two children were trying to get into our house with the wrong key! When this was discovered they had a member of staff bring it to us- none the less was still an added avoidable hassle., -Abby was amazing but some of the other staff and the company as a whole need improvements.

A very professional agent dealing with all aspects of sales and lettings. Several of our properties are managed by next place, which have made being a landlord a breeze! Vicky on lettings has been particularly efficient when one of our tenants had issues with unacceptable noise from a neighbour.
