FacebookWould like to thank both Lyndsey and Abby on the sale of my house, especially during the current crisis. We have had a few bumps in the road but was always sorted promptly, cheerfully and efficiently. Cannot ask any more. If I had another house to sell would definitely recommend Next Place. FacebookFantastic service from start to finish, Anton and Abby have been their at the end of phone/email with updates or communication, nothing ever to much trouble. If it wasnβt for Abby towards the end of the sale I think I would have had a breakdown lol. Anton you have one great team there - highly recommended π

Laura has shown us 2 properties and on each occasion she has been great, really helpful, answering all our questions and helping us find the property we need. Holly and Nikita have also been especially courteous and helpful. All our queries have been dealt with efficiently and quickly and we have been kept up to date with progress. Really pleased with Next Place and all the staff. Thank you

FacebookOur experience renting our property through next place has been absolutely horrendous from start to finish ! If your thinking of allowing them to manage your property I urge you to use a more reputable company ! From the very beginning refusing to honour the contract we had with them to constant lies and passing the book between employers failing to carry out any safety checks and emailing at midnight clearly panicking about yet another failing ! I have no doubt they will reply to my review with a sarcastic, childish response as thatβs what we have experienced for the last 18 months if god forbid we should ask a question or look for an update. As paying customers we were nothing but inconvenient to them . Feel free to contact me if you would like proof of my complaints Iβd be more than happy to help as Iβm sure they will claim this wasnβt the case . AVOID AVOID AVOID !

FacebookWhen I put my home up for sale I used an agent in Tamworth who were to be honest useless..I moved agents to Next place, the service from day 1 was exemplary. Anton , Clare and Abby gave advise on home layout, they didn't just show people around clare sold the house professionally and Abby coordinated the sale from offer to completion. I can not recommend Next Place enough..A breath of fresh air for estate agents Thank you

It was difficult times for us after losing our Mom, Lindsay n team worked with compassion and understanding We were kept informed at all times with a cheery voice at the end of the phone. We were kept up to date from start to finish even when we were all dealing with COVID. They worked well too to get a good price for the property. FacebookNext place have been brilliant. I was part of a very long chain trying to sell my current home and buying the next one. Abby, Anton, Lyndsey and the whole of the team have been top notch. Abby, who is the sales progressor, worked so hard on getting everything to work for me and responded to my daily 1000 emails and kept me sane - sheβs brilliant. While Anton, marketed my apartment so quickly (it went live on Christmas Day!) and he also helped me in looking for my next property, this was out of hours too! I am sure that if I didnβt use them I would not have had the outcome I did. Would not hesitate in using next place and will be using them in the future. οΏ½

FacebookI phoned this estate agents late yesterday afternoon with an enquiry. I spoke to a lovely girl from sales who passed me on to Anthony Ellis from rentals. they were so friendly and helpful. I met anthony at a property today for a viewing. He was pleasant and professional throughout and within half an hour had sent me all the paperwork. whqt a helpful and efficient estate agents. I would highly recommend their services

FacebookBeware, the worst agency I am dealing with. They rent to stinky people and don't take any action, they discriminate against others and favor a problem person. I do not recommend and share this experience with everyone I know.

FacebookVicky and Sam helped us move to our new home they are both very friendly, quick to answer any questions and get back to you without being chased, which after our last estate agents is AMAZING. The setup of Next Place as a whole is superior to what we were used to, everything is online from contracts to maintenance. It makes it so simple and you can see what progress is made. thank you both
