FacebookBeen with Martin and Co Tamworth for 6 months now. They've always been really polite and helpful and letting was a very quick and straight forward process. They even sorted out energy and water bills.Sorry I've forgotten the name of the manager but he was extremely helpful and informative especially at the beginning. Mark, Rebecca and Samantha are all very efficient and it's really easy to get through on the odd occasion I've needed to phone.So happy that I renewed contract without any hesitation so will be with them for another year

GoogleVery informative and professional Just want to say a big thumbs up to Matin & Co for all the work they have put in letting a house out for me. It took a while because the house needed quite a lot doing to it to get it to a good standard, but they helped every step of the way, keeping me informed at all times through phone and emails. They responded to my numerous emails and phone calls with patience and in a professional but friendly way. I would highly recommend them

GoogleGreat service from the team in Tamworth branch private rented for 6 years with them. From the moment we walked into the branch we were made to feel welcome and nothing was ever a problem for the team. Any issues we had with our property was dealt with within 24 hours and we had an emergency line if it was out of hours. We recently went through getting our deposit back and we were talked through the process with Ayden and Loyde at which we received our deposit payment back within 3 days. The whole process was fair and would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a well looked after and maintained property and are knowledgeable in all aspects of law and solicitor sector. Thanks a lot guys.

GoogleMy partner and I have lived in Tamworth for few years now. However, owing to the fact that our origin is from Macedonia, moving to a new place had always been a nightmare. -We had constantly felt discriminated and not treated equally by the majority of the letting agencies, which usually wouldn't show up on the already booked viewing or simply just ignore every attempt of communication. However, Martin and Co has been the first agency which treated us with nothing but high professionalism, respect, equality and did their best to answer to our interest as promptly as possible. -Our request was answered to immediately. We got a viewing booked for literally the next day. The viewing was conducted in highest professional manners, and there were also taken all measures against covid19. We were given space to wonder around the house as much as we wanted, and literally inspect every detail of it. The whole process afterwards was smooth as well. They did their best to speed up the whole procedure of referencing and signing the contract. It couldn't be simpler and easier. We are enormously happy we came across this amazing agency which helped us find our perfect home. Would recommend this agency to everyone over and over again.- Professionals in every meaning! GoogleAfter 2 years paying rent on time and looking after property I’m being rewarded with them delaying paying deposit back for more than a month. We’ve moved to sketchy property with patchy decoration described in a report but they try to deduct money for every little thing “landlord” can find. Even for previous tenants faults. Absolutely disgusting treatment, I should just not pay last month rent and save my family a hustle and stress. If you’re tenant then better to avoid this agent. You will be treated as a milk cow, they will always side with landlords however dodgy.

GoogleMe and my partner have been Tenant's of Martin & Co now for roughly 3 years. We have never had any issues with these guys whatsoever, if we've ever needed or wanted, they've done their best to provide. The staff there are so helpful and polite even in the toughest of situations. Now that I have been with this agency, I don't believe that me and my partner could be with anyone else. All in all over the past few years, we've had a great experience with the staff! :)
