Would just like to leave a review for the team at Martin & Co. I would like to thank Ayden especially, but also the team as a whole. It's been a tough year with alot of personal issues, but the team took the reins and the pressure off myself to help sort out everything to do with my property. Really happy with the service that Rebecca & Ayden have provided so far on my journey to finding a lovely home! We were very happy with the service Martin & Co provided when selling our house and renting another. We sold in November and Claire was extremely helpful, bubbly and always on the phone when needed. We were moving into a new build which wasn't completed until June, but had to move out in March, and Claire and Ayd sorted us a temporary rented house straight away. The renting process was very easy and we finally moved the end of June. Overall, very happy with the service.

If you think being a landlord is money for jam - You're wrong. If you think managing a property is money for jam - you're wrong. Things can, do, and will go wrong, usually when you least want, or expect it to. The above is whats sets Martin and Co Tamworth apart from the herd, and believe me, I do speak with some considerable experience in this. Ayden, Lloyd and Rebecca are not part of this business, they ARE this business. Completely professional, very approachable, they are a one stop shop. Martin and Co Tamworth have managed a property for me for at least the last ten years, but probably a lot longer. During that period, both good times and bad, Martin and Co, and Ayden in particular have given nothing less than 110% when it comes to property management. Real world people, giving a real world service. They are excellent.

I arrived in Tamworth from Hong Kong on a BNO visa in August 2022 and settled there. A friend recommended Martin & Co. to me, and I've recommended them to other friends since. When I first arrived, I didn't have proof of employment, but I only needed to prepay six months' rent. The owner, Lloyd, and the staff are all very nice. If you need to rent in Tamworth, you can try contacting them.

Would definitely recommend. From start to finish brilliant service, speedy responses and down to earth, friendly interactions. No nonsense or long winded salespitch waffle! Lloyd came in to us after two very tempting, all singing all dancing valuations and stole the show with his to the point, lets get this job done attitude and he didnt let us down. We had buyers within a couple of weeks after many other offers and if it werent for covid im sure they would have had the sale wrapped up in no time.
