GoogleI've recently sold a property in the Tamworth area and wanted to share my thoughts about the service I received from Martin and Co. Selling a property at any time is a challenge. Selling a property during a pandemic, with a race to completing before stamp duty relief ends, is the perfect recipe for a nightmare. Not for Martin and Co Tamworth!!!... They are clearly experienced selling properties under pressure, providing superb communication and setting realistic expectations. Laura handled our sale and was instrumental in completing it given our challenging buyers. Laura managed our expectations perfectly and was always very open and honest with us, whilst driving all parties hard to progress the sale. From the very start the guys at Martin and Co clearly outlined the whole process and walked us through each step at our pace. Our sale was anything but simple and again Laura, with support from her team carried out superb negotiations achieving just below our asking price. If you’re selling a property then give the guys a call at the very least..... Ayden and his team are brilliant at what they do and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them. GoogleAll of the staff are super friendly and helpful. But a special mention to Laura. She goes above and beyond to answer ALL our many questions (even out of hours) - 5* aren't enough! You took away all of our stress and have been a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole sales process! (From the amazing photos, to the viewings and right the way to handing over the keys) Thanks again Laura - You really are a diamond! xPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleGreat help and a huge shout out to Samantha Dudley for all her help in this property, we have dealt with Samantha before and she is always very helpful and down to earth 5* every time, this is our first time with Martin & Co but so far have been absolutely brilliant looking forward to the future here and leaving our old agents (which side note are still withholding a deposit even after the handover and seeing the property we left was in faaaar better condition than the mold infested property we started out renting over 2 years ago)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe whole team at Martin & Co are so genuine, knowledgeable and have been above and beyond on multiple occasions to assist me as a new Landlord. Communication is always excellent and somebody is always at the end of the phone to help with any questions or advice. Truly a credit to the industry, I'll be using them for years to come!

GoogleMy only criticism would be the inconsistent notification of viewing that Martin's conducted giving us the impression that there was less interest than there actually was, and missing the chance to make sure the property was at its best prior to the viewing.

GoogleI recently brought a property and sold my current property through this upto date company. Everything was clear and laid out which was very helpful. The manner of the viewings was great aswell when I was present. Ayden, Lloyd and Laura have a wealth of knowledge between them to help put the buyer/seller at ease and keep them in the loop every step of the process. Can’t recommend Martin & Co enough. Credit to you guys and gal! Thanks again from a very happy buyer/seller!

GoogleMy self and my wife have been with many estate agents in the past 7 years but since joining Martin&Co we havent looked back. The service we recieve from both Ayden and Lloyd along with their staff is amazing. They are quick to help with any issues and on top of this were there for us when we needed it the most on a personal level. I really can not say a single bad word about this place. 100% amazing. Shame i can only give 5 stars. They deserve more

From day one Cameron was excellent, being available for both myself and the seller well after hours and even did a viewing with me on a Sunday. GoogleVery polite and professional service throughout. Fully transparent with the process and the costs involved. Maintained good contact throughout the process. The house took a little longer to sell than expected and it was only when I bought an additional Estate Agents on board that the house sold.

GoogleAmazing service, my flat was rented in a WEEK! Lloyd at Martin & co Tamworth arranged everything on my behalf making it a stress free and smooth process. I decided to let them manage the property and receive regular updates which gives me peace of mind. A friendly personal service you wouldn't get with any of the bigger estate agencies.
