The service we received during the viewing process was excellent and cannot be faulted, especially during the current climate. Once the sale was completed our liaison, Vanessa , was a pleasure to be dealing with. Vanessa, kept in regular contact during all stages up to the exchange of contracts and especially during the period where it looked like the chain was going to collapse ( thankfully it didn't ), at this time Vanessa explained everything concise and clearly and in a way that was easy for us to understand and made feel at ease at that uncertain time. If I could of rated zero stars, I would of done. The manor of which I was spoken to placing an offer on a property, then followed by pure lack of communication after that fact and left for 10 days with zero communication, was the terrible. I have emailed their head office to make them aware of the service provided within the Tamworth branch. Would suggest any seller going with this branch to reconsider.NegativeResponsiveness
