GoogleVery professional, always follow up on enquiries & Have called to check on how we are getting on moving in. A very thorough introduction to letting was given by very polite staff and knowledgeable help on hand if there were any questions, we even got a welcome hamper and new home greetings card, all the extra touches were there and more. Also compared to dealings with my previous letting agency for my previous home, I can now see how it should be done, all the little things along with the big and the extra consideration given makes all the difference, definitely recommend 👌👌.

GoogleI would highly recommend the great team at Tamworth branch. We had an issue with the first rental we went for but no fault of theirs. I’m now in a property that I love and when I thought it would never happen Chelsea was straight on the case. Great team

GoogleI cannot thank Bairstoweves enough for their help during a very difficult time moving house. Elisha was so very helpful, as we were part of a chain the move has been very long winded and stressful but she could not have possibly helped anymore. Everytime she promised a call back I received one and everytime I called herself or James who was equally helpful, both working together were always available for updates and to hear my concerns or requests. Thank you so much and because of these 2 people I would not hesitate in using and recommending to friends or family!

GoogleI have let my property with Bairstow Eves, Stratford since 2013. The team there have always been very professional and helpful. They actively found excellent tenants. Rent has been paid on time. Any information or issues have been dealt with promptly. Karen (Branch Manager) has always been very helpful - she helped me with my Property Licensing application. This was done free of charge. While doing remortgage on the property, I used the services of Syed - Mortgage Consultant at the branch. He first assessed my situation and then provided the best advise which was suitable for my needs. The remortgage was completed effortlessly. He has been recommended to my friends. Well done Bairstow Eves Stratford, keep up the good work. Highly recommended.

GoogleI dont write many feedbacks because im not really computor literate, but i had to write and let it be known about the service i received from Bairstow Eves in Tamworth, i literally couldnt fault the service they gave me when i was selling my property, being single i was really nervous about selling my property on my own, but right from when i made the phone call to speak to them about selling my property, and telling them i was really nervous they put me at ease. From the start of selling my property to the end, if i was worried about anything they would go through it with me, i just couldnt fault any of the staff in particular, I would like to say a very big thankyou to Elisha Bates and Liam Price they both went the extra mile, it felt like they was my friends, they was so kind and helpful nothing was to much trouble to them. If i ever wanted to sell my property again, i wouldnt hesitate and go back to Bairstow Eves, i would hope that Elisha and Liam still work their. Thanks again to Elisha and Liam you both give 100% to your job and your an asset to Bairstow Eves.
