Upon making the huge decision to sell our family home we contacted a local estate agent in Tamworth who were useless. They over priced our house so that all the properties around ours were selling but not ours, they didn't market the sale enough or keep in touch with us. Then we found Bairstow Eves !!! My word what a difference from day one !!!! All the staff are incredible, I can't recommend them enough! But it was Kelly who blew me away , she was totally on the ball absolutely 100% committed to selling our house and always updating us regularly on the journey. Kelly activity sought out buyers & she had more viewers attend our house in one week than the previous estate agent had in 3 months. Kelly was on hand all the time for calls & responded to emails immediately. Kelly went above and beyond to reassure us and smooth the journey, being professional & friendly at all times . It's a big deal to sell a house, with all the legal procedures & processes but Kelly and all the staff at Bairstow Eves were there all the way to the last minute. Fantastic service. Thankyou.

From the moment you walk into the office, you’re met with friendly, welcoming faces. Declan was warm and professional when valuing my property, but my main experience has been with Milli, and she has been outstanding. She is kind, approachable, and incredibly passionate about her job. As a first-time seller, I had plenty of questions, all of which Milli answered promptly while keeping me fully informed at every stage of the process. She sold my house in under a week for more than the asking price, I couldn’t have asked for more. Milli is a huge asset to the Bairstow’s team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Absolutely amazing experience of buying a house with Bairstow Eves in Tamworth. The atmosphere in the branch is very welcoming & friendly. Both Kelly & Ewan were with us every step of the way from the beginning to end. Nothing was ever too much trouble & they were both always available to help with any queries or concerns we had. Ewan even came out to acknowledge & have a quick chat when we walked by one day, even giving a friendly wave in acknowledgment any time we passed, which made the whole purchase seem a lovely personal experience. Sukhi was excellent in all of the help & advice all through buying our home, guiding us throughout the whole process & getting us back onto the property ladder making us feel confident in being able to get a mortgage. We are so thankful to all three of them for everything they have done to enable us to make a successful purchase. We were made to feel more like friends rather than clients which made the whole process more relaxing for us & not nerve-wracking or stressful. We asked for 0 deposit on a property we would be letting, it was the only reason we took it. When we go to pick up the keys, due to a lack of communication amongst individuals that sit right next to each other, we ended having to pay a deposit of over £1000 taking the first months bill to close to £2000. We were stuck because we had given notice to leave our previous places and I’m sure they knew this so we were forced to pay the deposit. Not only that we also requested a 6 month break clause which was conveniently left out of the contract. When we said we wanted these changes to be made they told us it could be another good few weeks before they could do it - effectively rendering us homeless of which didn’t matter to them. This deposit due to their incompetence has financially crippled us and left us with thousands in debt right before Christmas as we took the agreement. Not only that the place we moved into was filthy, mould in cupboards, leaking sinks, broken toilet, electrical fault in the bathroom (which still isn’t fixed) the landlord has actually been a good help but the agent just wanted to make sure they got their commission right before Christmas. Honestly appalling

I won't go into too much detail but I have had a really tough time with my solicitors during my purchase. Bairstoweves Tamworth have been incredible through such a difficult time, helping me out with advice and just being really lovely in general so I couldn't recommend them enough for anybody looking at selling. We recently embarked on a grand adventure of moving into a property through Bairstow Eves, aiming to settle in before Santa squeezed his way down the chimney. Thanks to the superhero trio comprising Jade, Amy, and Joseph, our Christmas miracle came true! Jade was our trusty point of contact, and when she took a day off for training, Amy swooped in to save the day. And let's not forget Joe, who kept us in the loop when Jade and Amy were off gallivanting. From start to finish, their service was top-notch, leaving us with nothing but smiles. Now, here's the twist: the only hiccup we encountered was the moving-in gift box they provided. Can you believe it? 0.0% beer! It's like they were trying to test our resolve. Almost had us deducting a star from our rating! But hey, let's not dwell on that minor blip. Overall, this branch is a well-oiled machine, managing everything with finesse.
