Ewen organised the viewing, which went very well, then once we had made our offer Kelly took over. Both Ewen & Kelly were highly professional, thorough &, particularly in Kelly's case, very persistent. You won't receive much better service than off Bairstow Eves, Tamworth!!

Super thank you to Declan - when you said you could sell our home in 2 weeks, I thought you was joking, but amazingly I was wrong. Super thank you to Bethany who not only showed our home to interested parties, but learned the area and treated it as her own place. And also thank you for looking after the cat 😂 The biggest thanks goes to Elisha. Words can't describe how much of a super star you have been, guiding us through everything, and making the whole process so much easier and clearer. What can I say: Poor bethany has been so helpful at every step of the way, I bombard her with questions and she always has the answer and patience with me ha ha 😂. Moving home, no matter relocating 2 hours is stressful enough and it comes with various apprehensions. Jade is truly the only lettings negotiator that I was excited to deal with. I had a hard time with many agents trying to explain the situation and despite having financial capabilities, it wasn't something they wanted to navigate. This was the first property that I was excited to view and I truly believe that this was down to Jade. She is pleasant, reassuring and down to earth. She is the perfect type of person to help you through a move of any kind. Her administration and communication was timely and she always came straight back to me, regardless of whether the query was sorted- confirmation meant that she was aware of it and was dealing with it. It's definitely an attribute for someone who has to negotiate between 2 parties. I dealt briefly with Joe and he is also worthy of noting. They both have the ability to give you that little encouragement you need to stay positive about stressors involved with moving and it was much needed. Jade to me is a stand out human and she will bring much positivity to any role. I hope she continues to progress as she truly deserves it. Any employer would be lucky to have someone who can be so adaptable and always with a smile and a pleasant tone. She definitely went above and beyond for us and I don't think I would feel as reassured without her.

What a fantastic service I have received from Jade and Joe from the Tamworth branch. Nothing was too much trouble, as they led me every step of the way to letting my property, finding the perfect family for my rental. A special shout out to Jade who went above and beyond, even visiting me at home, (I have mobility issues) to set up the paperwork. Unfortunately our landlord is selling the property we are in. So our urgent search for a new rented home has started. I spoke with the lovely Jade regarding a property we we interested in. At the viewing, Jade was very knowledgeable about the property and understood our needs for a long let. Having acted a little to quickly on our decision to take this property, without thinking of the practicalities of our needs - fiancé is a Volunteer Blood Biker and needs a secure place to put the bike whilst on duty - realised the parking would be an issue - Jade reassured us and managed to sort our predicament immediately. She is realistic to the problems people are facing, professional, knowledgeable and above all, friendly and just lovely. We do hope we can still find a property through Jade. Highly recommend her. What can I say? Buying a house in the current market is nothing short of a nightmare; after 18 months house hunting we have finally had our offer accepted. We have probably been the most difficult customers Bairstow Eves have ever had - we had a very specific criteria we wanted and probably had the staff pulling their hair out at times. Elisha Bates has been incredible from start to finish - contacting us immediately any time there’s something new that she thinks we might like, offering honest help and advice wherever needed and even listening to me rant that we couldn’t find the right house! We cannot thank her enough for all her help and the rest of the team at Bairstow; but especially Elisha. She really has gone above and beyond to get us into our perfect house. As first time home buyers, navigating our way through all the complexities of purchasing a property was rather daunting! Unfortunately a prior property had fallen through and our experience with Purple Bricks had been pretty terrible. What a difference with Bairstow Eves. The team have honestly been nothing short of incredible from the first phone call I made, through to completion. I wanted to pay special thanks to Liam and Elisha. Liam went above and beyond and was so kind, I feel we formed a good bond and he was a pleasure to liaise with. Liam made us feel like he genuinely had our best interests at heart and it’s quite apparent this was the case! We’re so very grateful for your time and dedication on our behalf. Elisha has also been so lovely to liaise with and has really helped allay a lot of concerns, always encouraging us to get in touch if we have any further queries. I Chose Bairstow Eves to market a property for me based on their positive reviews as I am not from the surrounding area. I can say that I have used around 13 different agents in the past (mostly in or around Leicestershire) for lettings and these are by far the best that I have ever come across. Joe is the Manager and is prompt polite professional and answers any questions that you may have regarding lettings Abigail is absolutely outstanding in every respect, She looked after all aspects of finding a quality tenant vetting referencing and managed everything from start to finish with impeccably. The fantastic service I'd received from Elisha and Liam at Bairstow Eves was miles apart from what I'd received elsewhere.
