GoogleJanuary 2018 sold our property... March 2019 after a nightmare 14 months with lenders and surveyors we finally sold the house. Elisha Bates was amazing. A sales woman yes but also an excellent customer relations person. At times she made me cry when I had an update and at others smile but through any tears she made me laugh! She handled everything professionally and went the extra mile on many occasions, even with my occasional bad language through shear frustration. Never met her until I handed the keys over on the 27th March. Thankyou Elisha for sticking with us and through it as I know it’s been as testing for you as it has been for us. Thoroughly recommend Elisha and the team at Bairstow Eves Tamworth. You will not get better dedication and service. It’s not just about commission it’s about quality of service they provide and they give it 🥂

GoogleElisha dealt with the sale of my late moms property from the start, she is lovely and friendly and made the whole process so much easier than I was expecting, after having the house valued from by another company, Elisha came out and added an extra 20 thousand to the other agents valuation, and we managed to see the property for a great price. I received regular updates about viewings and offers, and updates about progress. I would recommend these agents to anyone who is considering buying or selling a property. Thank you so much Elisha for supporting me through what wasn’t an easy sale due to it being my family home

GoogleThe team here actually listen to what you want in a property... I know!! Shocking, not your normal add to a mailing list of properties you dont want like others do!! They matched a property perfectly to what we were looking for. Considering we are buyer they have remained in touch with us and been helpful throughout the process and I will reccomend Liam, Elishia and the team to anyone.
