Absolutely excellent staff! Especially Rosemary. Worked above and beyond to move us very fast when we were faced with homelessness. Daniel who conducted our viewing, very helpful and friendly. Everyone in the office is awesome. Definitely recommend

This review is for the mortgage advisor company within Bairstow Eves. Do not by any circumstances go with this appalling mortgage broker company. I have wasted time and money for a job I was doing myself. They ask for an upfront payment which I didn't mind, but once they take that payment you are just a number. Being a first time buyer I thought I'd go for a broker to relieve stress however he only made the situation worse. Not sending files to my chosen mortgage company after been sent them not once, but twice, being told 'oh sorry I have been busy with potential customers' What about the ones you have been dealing with?! Absolute poor communication and customer service skills. Never in my life have I been left so embarrassed when my solicitors were calling asking what was happening with the mortgage as it still hadn't been completed and sent off to my chosen mortgage. I hope people read this and avoid at all cost, because it has lost me money, time and has given me a great deal of stress. Please note I even filed a complaint to Country Wide and they couldn't care less so taking this further. I wish I could write everything that had happened during this time, but there is so much to write! Just please please please don't fall for the mistake of being told I will help you because they really really don't just go to a bank!!!!

Just been advised my application for let has all been agreed and have the date to collect the keys , absolutely fab service from Chelsea, she went above and beyond to make this go smoothly , the whole process is great no messing around with filling in application forms , all done by online links , just when I was giving up I finally found the house of my dreams and this is all down to Chelsea , absolute star and and assett to Bairstow EVes , I’m so happy to be renting with a great letting agents . See you on moving day xx

I have been searching for a rental property in the town centre for four months with no luck viewed properties applied for various properties with many estate agents , many gave poor customer service , not even letting me know if my application had been rejected , kylie and Chelsea at Bairstow and Eves have been so helpful in regular contact keeping me updated on my application and going the extra mile to get me a property , i move in my property this weekend and after months of stress im finally happy highly recommend them by far the best ive used thanks for all your help

Tried selling my house with another agent and they failed to sell it within their 6 month contract and only had 2 viewings.
