GoogleI had an appointment booked for a viewing, nobody showed up, nobody called, texted or emailed. Neither agent nor office answered their phones. After 40 minutes of waiting the agent who made the appointment texted back to say she wasn't at work and to call the office, which wouldn't answer or return calls. This company is clearly not concerned keeping their appointments or communicating with potential clients. Entirely unprofessional.
