GoogleAll staff at Peter Alan, Talbot Green have been professional, offered a friendly service and have been extremely efficient keeping us up to date through the whole process, particularly when it came to briefing us on the day’s viewings. A member of staff I spoke to frequently and found very accommodating, polite and professional was Sofie. She was able to answer many of my questions but was honest enough to say when she wasn’t sure but found the answer and relayed it to me very quickly! I also dealt with agents, Jordan and Joanne and would like to thank them both for all their help and advice. Highly recommend using this agent!

GoogleMy partner and i had a very positive experience, we were shown around by estate agent, Sally. She was very approachable, professional, answered all of our questions and we really felt comfortable discussing our queries with her. What was lovely about being shown around by Sally, is that we were able to build a lovely rapport with her and although we did not chose to put an offer in for this particular property, i could not fault Sally in the slightest.

Sofie in the office there has been outstanding and is a credit to the company. She handled my viewing arrangements and subsequent enquiries very promptly and very efficiently, and kept me fully informed every step of the way. Everybody that we have met is always super friendly and helpful. I want to give extra praise to Sofie who helped wrap the sale up for us and who went above and beyond to help with the next steps. I couldn't be happier with the service so far!

GoogleMy daughter and her partner were interested in renting a property that had been advertised by Peter Alan on behalf of the lessor. I contacted Callum Jenkins at the Talbot Green office to make arrangements for the online viewing, making an offer, and setting up the agreement. Callum acted as the liaison between the landlord, my daughter and her daughter and me, which was not easy because of the current restrictions and the fact that we were all in different parts of the country. He was entirely professional, efficient and helpful throughout. His friendly manner made it a delight to deal with this agent, unlike some others that we have been involved with. The letting was agreed and finalised without any problems and we are all extremely grateful to Callum for the way in which he handled the whole process.
