Peter Alan have been fantastic! From arranging to a valuation to getting our house on the market,it's all been simple & easy. Our For Sale went up bit earlier than expected but I think that definitely helped us sell & the photographer was great & made sure he took all the photos that we needed. While viewing other properties to buy,we met Henry,who was fantastic! Very honest knowledgeable & friendly. Jade in the office was fantastic in helping us put an offer forward to buy a property & helped send paperwork to our solicitors. And she was just as happy as me when we had our offer accepted!! Finally getting an offer in on the house we wanted after chains fell through, the vendors and sellers estate agents applied a great amount of pressure on us to provide an MoS within a day. Jade at Peter Alan was absolutely amazing with the help that she provided on that day and getting us the MoS before closing hours that same day to secure our next house. The rest of the team especially Sam and Henry were also a great help in the overall selling process and always a friendly point of contact.

We were stuck,our buyers wanted a completion,we were already 3 weeks past our agreed completion date and in danger of losing them. Our purchase was heid up by a badly worded transfer document that our solicitor objected to. We went ahead with our sale to secure it and moved into an air b and b,with all our possessions in storage with the resultant costs. Sarah Bunting of Peter Alan got in touch,what a breath of fresh air.A real no nonsense approach, she liased with all parties and solicitors and communication was restored. I was originally under a fabulous mortgage consultant who was understanding and couldn't do enough to support myself and my partner through the process. However, that consultant had to take emergency leave so we were passed on to another consultant named Georgina. Georgina was extremely rude and talked to both my partner and I like we were 5 years old and repeatedly talked over us, wouldn't listen to anything we had to say and quite frankly ruined the experience of buying our house. We had to repeatedly contact our mortgage supplier to get accurate information as what Georgina was saying was on times completely different. We sent all information to her which was not passed to the mortgage supplier and we needed to send them directly to them ourselves. When I tried to make a complaint about the horrendous service we received I was told that we would be contacted by not only her line manager but we would from that point on deal with someone else. We were not given another consultant and was attempted to be contacted by her line manager once and when I tried to return a call it was never taken and I was never contacted by them again. I would not only never encourage another person to use this service but I would actively encourage people to stay clear. Awful awful service.

Sales Team: Anya is awful to speak with, try to force you into selling via modern method and then gets upset when you say no. They're really bad in listening to what the customer wants. Despite this Jo and mitch are a pleasure to speak with but management needs to fix up. Lettings team: is a one man show who is never in the office. Avoid this branch like the plague. If you're reading this please just walk down the road and you'll find a much better and more organised estate agent. I am writing a formal complaint in regards to the lettings team.

Very disappointed with Peter Alan. Sales woman came round to value our house.Promised photographer to attend we had to keep chasing up.Day after she valued house I came home to a sign up already.Our neighbours friends were interested in property so called Peter Alan to be told they couldn't take their details.We cancelled contract with them as we were still in cooling off period.They didnt arrange for sign to be taken away nor did they contact us .My wife contacted them several times only to be sent around the houses. Im not one to put reviews on anything but thought I needed to on this occasion to save future people from frustration from these so called estate agents.

This is mine and my partners first time selling our first home we have been on the fence about selling for about a year until we contacted Peter Alan for a valuation. We had contacted 3 estate agents prior but none of them were as intuitive and informative as the experience we’ve had. Jordan Bryan a representative of the company has been so helpful from the offset and has put all mine and my partners worries at ease. She came to our property out of curtesy to talk us through the whole process (this was before we were decided on selling) and answered all of our questions. We then waited for a few weeks until we were a 100% that this was the right decision for us ( with no badgering or daily phone calls as the other estate agents have done and continue to do) and we then contacted Jordan to start the process for us. I would 10000% recommend Jordan and if you happen to have the pleasure of working with Jordan you will not be dissatisfied. She has been an absolute diamond to work with and both me and my partner can’t thank her enough for making a stressful situation a walk in the park!!

I had an appointment on fri.27th @ 11:00am...my partner have bad knees at moment,+ she was after the night shift with only 2 h sleep,when I wake her up... she wasn't well so she stayed at home with my 3yo and I went I got stuck behind a line of cars funeral,so I was 10-12m late. When I turned up I was told Jonathan couldn't see me coz he was seeing other client,someone messed up the agendas.I was asked if I could return 1h later coz my appointment was at 12:00 instead "and go for a coffee or lunch"...after I drove 45 mins.( Time and fuel wasted)Friday I had to start work at 6pm in Newport and leave home around 4:30pm coz of traffic,so they told me Jonathan could ring me at 12pm to go over the Agreement in Principle,...which never happened not even to apologize. So I must say not very professional,if I could rate 0 * I would,they already wasted my time and money why would I buy a house from them...I can buy it somewhere else

On securing our home, we then worked closely with Lisa who was beyond supportive and was always on top of things. We wouldn’t have got things over the line so quickly without her being there.
