GoogleAs 1st time buyers myself and my partner were really pleased with the level of service and care we received. Sofie was always on hand if we had questions and really helped us understand what we were looking for, although we didn't end up buying through Peter Alan (ee wish it did work out that way) we'd return if we ever needed to as they took all the stress away.

A process which is meant to be very daunting and stressful, was made so much more special and exciting! No matter how many times I rang the office, asked numerous questions and then called again to confirm - Jordan would never make me feel silly. Jordan is an amazing asset to the team at Talbot Green and I am so so grateful for all her help, reassurance and support throughout the process so far! After experiencing a not so great service with a different local estate agents, I would recommend Peter Alan Talbot Green to anyone.

GoogleDecided to rent out our property and contacted Peter Alan. From the very first phone call their approach was extremely helpful, professional and above all friendly. They made the whole process as easy as possible doing literally everything from start to finish. We dealt with Jamie Hyett and Charlotte Bailey and we can't praise them enough, they were a credit to the company. From making up our minds to rent to having tenants move in took less than a week, well worth the 5 star rating.

Paige was so positive about the proposed price and showed such enthusiasm, as did Lauren and Jamie who showed the prospective buyers around my house. They were very professional, always arrived on time, polite but also friendly. Above all they succeeded in finding a buyer after just two weeks of viewings! It’s still in the process of being sold but Rachel is keeping me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend the team at Peter Alan, Talbot Green.

GoogleI didn't go with Peter Alan to sell my house but went with another firm. However I wish I did. We were buying a house with Peter Alan and their communication with us, considering we weren't even their clients, was brilliant. Rachel worked so hard to ensure the sale went ahead, chasing sometimes slow solisitors and making sure I was informed at all stages. Without her I would have slowly gone a bit bonkers with all the logistics of a sale and purchase. She even made several phone calls to my estate agents to check progress with them (I think I had one phone call from them in 5 months...). The weekly courtesy calls to check to see how things were did not go unnoticed. Not only that communication through email was amazing, always on hand to answer any questions I had. Also any time I called Rachel was always on hand to talk or ring back within an hour if she was in a meeting. I know they may be on the pricier side but I wish I went with them from the start, you get what you pay for. With Rachel at Peter Alan and I'm sure a lot of the team there you not only get great agents but also real human beings who understand the stresses and strains that selling and buying a house can have. Thanks again for everything you did.

GoogleThe management on my property has been zilch. Tenancy started November 2021 and NO visit made on the 6th month, which was May, by the way... as in our agreement. Have asked since June for a tenant and home visit. It's now 7 weeks before 12 months term end and now a visit is being done...only because I have kicked up a fuss. And guess what... They can't get in touch with tenant after many attempts. So concerns that tenant has left or something worse. The only thing I can say is they give me a good deal and are nice. But thats what's everyone does to get business. I'm sure not every branch of Peter Alan is like that.

GoogleMy experience of being shown around the property was very positive. All of the staff at the Talbot Green offices have been fantastic. They answer queries quickly and are easy to contact and talk to. The only issue has been the moving date. We were initially given a date, then contacted to inform us we could move a week earlier. However on the day of the earlier date when we were going to collect the keys, we were informed that we were now unable to move that day and would have to wait another week. Luckily we hadn't booked any moving vans! Tiffanie and Charlotte were very apologetic, even though the issue was not the fault of Peter Alan.

The service received from our Financial Advisor Jodie, was second to none - professional, dedicated, personal and went above and beyond to get the best deal for us. Would highly recommend her service. Also dealt with Hannah, who was very efficient and helpful. Overall experience was excellent and would highly recommend purchasing a property with this company. Googlei have used them to find tenants for 2 of my rental properties recently. in the past i have found them very professional and easy to work with but this time they have been horrendous! They delayed getting tenants into the property because they forgot to arrange the inventory, so that cost me loss of rent in both properties. they continually ignore phone calls and emails; i have had to keep calling, leaving messages sending multiple emails but never get a response. i have tried involving the manager at Bridgend but that achieved nothing, i am still being ignored. i cannot get answers to some important questions. i would recommend using a different agency.

GoogleI am extremely disappointed and outraged by the appalling service provided by Peter Alan during our recent attempt to secure a rental property. From the very beginning, communication was horrendous. Despite paying the holding deposit and submitting all required referencing documents promptly, we received minimal updates on our application status. As our scheduled move-in date approached, we were left in the dark, constantly chasing for answers, only to be met with vague responses and further delays. The final, devastating blow came on the very day we were supposed to move in. After numerous attempts to get in touch, we finally received a call at 5:30 PM informing us that the landlord had decided not to let the property anymore and intended to sell it. This last-minute revelation has left us homeless, with no time to make alternative arrangements. As a pregnant woman, six months along, and with a one-year-old child, this situation is beyond stressful, it is unacceptable and irresponsible. The lack of urgency, transparency, and basic decency throughout this process has been infuriating. Moving home is already a stressful experience, and the blatant mishandling of our application has added unnecessary anxiety and hardship to our lives. I hope this feedback serves as a serious wake-up call for Peter Alan to drastically improve their communication and customer service. No one should have to go through the ordeal that we did, especially families with young children.
