GoogleWe would definitely recommend Peter Alan . The first contact was with with Paige the Sales Valuer who immediately realised our home was special to us , Paige guided us through the sales process and convinced us to place our house on the market at a very realistic selling price. The next valuable part of the service was Rachel the sales negotiator who constantly kept us up to date with all aspects of legalities leading up to exchange of contracts.Hannah the branch manager is readily available and quickly takes action when appropriate. Speaking to any of the staff by telephone was always dealt with efficiently and messages were responded to quickly. All of them work together as a team, meaning that even when one is unavailable, everyone else is briefed and able to keep the process moving.

GoogleAwful communication don’t bother telling you anything unless you constantly chase up and being passed between branches also getting told the jobs on the property are done to then be told different after waiting a month and nothing still isn’t getting sorted !

Always available when we needed them and able to arrange a second viewing quickly as we hadn't seen the house in a while. We hopefully won't need to buy a house again soon but if we did would be happy to use them.
