The property sold on first viewing and the sale fell through. Once on the market, it sold again on first viewing and then went through to completion smoothly. The agents achieved a significantly higher selling price than any other agency suggested, seeing the potential and quality of the property which was reflected on the quick sale. Would definitely call them again if I was selling a property.
