As a first time buyers we had no clue about the process. We received clear explaination that put us at ease. We were desperate to find a house ASAP. We decided to go for the first house we viewed. Obviously unknown was scary! Swinton team managed to organise smoothly second viewing for us which confirmed our decision. GoogleYour move I have to say I have been really impressed with the outcome of the sale of our property. From the very beginning we had three valuations from different estate agents with one estate agent valuing the property at £30k less than Your Move but with a cheaper fee when sold. I’m guessing so they would get a quick sale & get there commission with minimum of work Carried out. The valuation from Lynn at Your Move and a another estate agent came in at the same valuations. Your Move advertised our property and with in 10 days we had 18 viewings arranged over the weekend. With several offers going in above the asking price, indeed we ended up accepting an offer 6% above the valuation this was a fantastic result achieved by Your Move. The communication and up dates after the agreed sale price from Catherine at Your Move was regular and professional. I can’t recommend Your Move enough. I realise if I had gone with the cheaper sale commission fee from the other estate agents it may very well have cost me in the region of £45k. In this case it definitely was a case of you get what you pay for. Thank you Your Move.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleI cannot praise or thank Your Move enough. They got us a sale agreed within 3 days and we have today exchanged after only 3 weeks! Pauline was courteous, friendly and so helpful. We spoke to her everyday and not once was she dismissive. Would 100% recommend.
