A friend recommended that Your Move offer free mortgage advice. I spoke to Lynn at the Swinton office who advised the service was free and that there were no hidden fees. She explained they have access to many lenders and she would arrange for Phil the mortgage advisor to ring me at a convenient time and go through my options. Lynn booked my appointment and was very professional and helpful. Phil the mortgage advisor contacted me and was really knowledgable on the specific type of mortgage I would require and also very easy to speak to. He went through everything with me, giving me different options and I would definitely recommend him! The service you receive is amazing, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Thank you!!

Starting our process looking for our first home has been a rollercoaster to say the least, trying to deal with other estate agents . Then we came across a property on Rightmove advertised by Your Move . We made the call and was felt valued , the viewing was conducted by Catherine and full of knowledge on the house . needless to say we offered on the house and was kept updated with out having to make calls chasing up where things were up to . Honestly, if Moving Houses had a VIP lane, Sam from Your Move would be running it. From day one, everything was smooth, clear, and actually way less stressful than I expected (which says a lot!).
