Amazing customer service from start to finish! I have viewed quite a few properties with Paula Taylor, she’s very welcoming and friendly and was able to guide me through the whole Keenan’s process of buying my first home. She was knowledgeable about the property and the local area and offered advise when needed. Couldn’t recommend her and Keenan’s enough!

I WAS IMPRESSED FROM THE INITIAL PHONE CALL-THE FOLLOW UP, THE ADVICE, AND IN THE WAY ALL MATTERS WERE CONDUCTED. A REAL SUPRISE WHEN COMARED TO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES.MATTHEW ROBINSON LEFT NO STONE UNTURNED AND WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND POLITE. THE HOUSE WAS SOLD WITHIN 5 DAYS, AND I WAS KEPT INFORMED AT EVERY STAGE-KEENANS NEED A BOLTON OFFICE !

GoogleThey are the worst estate agents I’ve every come across, communication is non existent to say the least, you complain and the manager shouts over the top of you! Do yourself a favour read the rest of the reviews before going anywhere near ! I really wish I had.

I have met Paula for viewings and spoken to the team in Clitheroe, they have been so friendly and helpful and have made my experience finding my first home a stress free experience. GoogleFantastic service. Dads house was on the market with another agent for 18 months with very little interest. I instructed Keenans and had completed in just over 3 months! Very proactive and were only too happy to help, I even got a gift at Christmas!! A refreshing change to find an agent that genuinely cares and will work that little bit harder. 100% recommended to family and friends. Bravo Keenans!

Keenans have provided a mixed service and overall have been good. I would like to say that 2 members of staff in particular made the experience better and went above and beyond for the sale and purchase of the properties. Both Dean in presales and Emily in aftersales were amazing and restored our faith in Keenans service.

This agency made up stories to me from start to finish. I have logged calls and times and they cannot match their times to my calls.Their stories change from one day to another.Too big to be of any use.They don't reply to emails, they don't reply to calls and sadly are so transparent, even to a 23 year old.

We bought our dream house from keenans. Great people, great service. We were shown round and dealt with by the lovely Cree and all of our questions were throughly answered. Cree took the time to find us the ideal house and showed us round. We were thrilled when we found the perfect home with the best neighbours!
