Then got passed over to the sales progression team who have also been excellent and informative. As a 1st time seller the process seemed daunting but Aimee in the sales progression department has been very professional and informative. GoogleSelling our house in Salford, we looked at online-only estate agents and traditional. Decided to go traditional as we didn’t have time to do viewings and believe their comments about allowing buyers to talk freely. Great photos, house went on market one Tuesday, sold by Saturday. Guy doing viewings respected our wishes about being careful with doors for our housecat and encouraged people to bid what they could afford/what it was worth. Our house (one for first time buyers) was an offers-over and I believe we got close to the maximum (any more and buyers would start looking at the next band up). We went with their recommended solicitor, accepted offer on 23rd March with an aim to complete 1st June. We completed 15th June on buyers request which turned out to suit us better. A very smooth house selling experience. I would be happy to recommend.

GoogleMyself and my partner viewed a couple of properties with Keenan’s recently and even though we didn’t buy anything from them all I can say is that from picking up the phone to speak to them and attending the viewings was a complete 5 star service. The office staff were helpful and friendly and the member of staff (Simon) who showed us round was very informative and knowledgeable about the properties and the area. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

If I could give 0 stars I would! What an absolute shambles of an 'Estate agent' nobody seems to have a clue what they're doing. If you're lucky enough to speak to somebody (or unlucky enough) don't expect literally any level of competence or customer service. 'Manger' doesn't care if sales fall through, Sales progression have no idea where sales are up to, and negotiators couldn't negotiate a p!ss up in a brewery.

GoogleSo, what can I say about Keenans Swinton? BRILLIANT! I've been in business for many years, I offer great customer service to my clients, and therefore, expect the same of the people that I choose to do business with. Keenans provide the highest level of relationship based customer service. They don't just cater to your needs, they understand what it is to move from one home to another, they understand the emotional upheaval that can come with this monumental time in ones life. From the outset of the decision to start looking for an estate agent that I could trust to get the job done, I asked friends and relatives for recommendations. I was recommended to Keenans by, of all people, other estate agents! Emma, Brendan and the James's did a fantastic job of negotiating us through the potential pitfalls of buying, and selling, a home. If you want the best support and representation as either a buy or seller, do yourself a favour and call Keenans Swinton. What a great experience. Best of luck in the future.

GoogleKeenan's is the worst estate agents I have ever come across. The staff at the Manchester branch are absolutely appalling, they constantly lied to us, they didn't put in our offers when they said they did. When we finally got a house and our offer was accepted, they still let people view the property and they let other people put higher offers on the house, which lead us to lose the house. When I complained about the way we were treated the staff dismissed everything, when we rang to speak to the manager members of staff kept hanging up the phone. I did not meet one decent member of staff whilst dealing with Keenan's. I advice that if your wanting to buy/rent/sell a house do not go to Keenan's they have no work ethics and only care about themselves, not their clients.
