From viewing to completion the guys have been fantastic.
We had a few small issues but everything was dealt with absolutely fantastically and I would highly recommend Keenans.
Kimberley and Emma from the sales progression team have a great role within the business, constantly being in touch and answering any questions usually within 30 minutes......just what you need.
We will recommend our friends 100%!

GoogleAs a first time buyer, Keenans said they would look after me throughout the process.
Once I had purchased the property however, I had a couple of issues with them having been misleading in the run up to completion, and I was merely criticised by them for being inexperienced with property buying, and met with a defensive wall of legal speak which absolved them of any and all responsibility. A disappointing experience for a first time buyer.
