GoogleCannot fault this estate agent . Professional reliable and very trustworthy, they did everything what they said they would do. They always answer the phone they always return calls. The team at swinton are fantastic Chris and Catalina and the lovely brilliant photographer they sent to our home ... GoogleWe recently bought a property through Hills and had a very positive experience. This was down to Taylor Norris, who is the sales manager and was our main point of contact. Taylor`s customer service was exceptional. We felt looked after and well supported throughout the whole process.

GoogleListing stated private balcony, it was not. Agent couldn't have cared less when I told them. Totally unprofessional and false advertising of property. After a long process and having made an offer which was accepted I feel like my time has been wasted and not even so much as an apology for the clear false information.

GoogleSimply outstanding! Chris and Catalina did such a great job selling our property. They lined up many viewings whilst we were away on holiday and by the time we got back the house was sold - £10,000 above asking price infact - couldn't have asked for more! Great communication and ensured we were informed throughout the whole process. Highly recommended.

Hi Eli, I am aware that you & your wife were told that sales team were unable to get in contact with the vendor of the property at the time you made your offer (just before the Christmas break), and that both myself and a colleague spoke with you again when we had been able to make contact. In fact, you confirmed that you still wished for your offer to be presented, and when you were told that it had been accepted by the vendor, you then withdrew your interest. Kind regards, Chris.
