Unable to book a visit onlineSurely if the NT has an online booking system it should work outside of their currently restricted hours. "SALES CLOSED" is the message you get. Useless!

Very disappointed with the booking system and the National Trust. Virtual queue for an eternity for zero spaces. No renewal of membership, my money will go to a different charity. Such a shame 😢

Stayed in the lakes campsite. Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. The nearby pub was national trust too and that was first class for adults and kids alike. As a result we've signed up to be annual members.

Visited Powis castle and garden in August. The garden was superb and the one way system worked extremely well. The open air cafe area at the bottom of the garden was very welcome.

All of the national trust sites are either expensive, randomly opened, with so many idiotic rules that soon you will be not allow to even breathe, rude staff and some definitely not worth the visit.Try to stay away!

Regular visitor to Branklyn Gardens , Perth . Excellent gardens , wonderful staff and volunteers . Always happy to stop and give advice . Lovely selection of plants to buy . A small but special place !

I have finally had a refund from National Trust Cottages. I threatened the small claims court and BBC Watchdog, but it didn't get that far. Stick to your guns folks!
