Disgusting service
Waiting over half an hour to get through on the phone after they sent me asking me to ring them about membership. Absolute joke, terminated call.

Total lack of respect for long standing…
Total lack of respect for long standing members. Everything always sold out. Either the booking system is rubbish, or people are just booking everything up. They need to get it sorted, and at least give priority to to actual members. Seriously considering cancelling my membership.

Costly and poor quality food in cafes.
I love to visit NT properties and think they do a good job of preserving out heritage but why has the standard of catering dropped so dramatically over the last year or so? I have given feedback but haven't been honoured with a reply . I take a picnic now.

Visited Fountains Abbey
Visited Fountains Abbey recently if go in through one carpark it is free but £13.60 if you entered from another gate , why?Why do they now charge for passengers in a members car at Clumber Park.As for gift aid why would anyone pay more for this ticket, doesn't make sense.

Members let down
Members let down, I have supported the trust in the lockdown with my family membership. The Membership should have been put first when the lockdown was over but no. The booking of places is for cash. This morning I will be cancelling my subscription

Can’t get a booking!
Can’t get a booking! The trust is placing paid places over already paid for memberships. Ok they need money, but more money?Come sort this out for all the long term membership holders especially the DD payers. We love the place please sort this debacle out. Stefaan

Plenty of places to visit
Plenty of places round the Midlands to visit. We try to make full use of our membership. Ideal when we holiday in other parts of the country. Normally look on the app and see what is near our location.

Why Are the NT Using Eventbrite
The National Trust should be ashamed of using Eventbrite for their bookings - have they bothered to even look at Eventbrite on this site? Eventbrite have the worst website and should be really embarrassed by it - so user unfriendly.

Stop allowing hunts on your land!!
They allow so called “trail hunts” on their land. And we know trail hunting is just a big cover up for fox hunting!! I won’t support a business that allows psychopaths onto their land with packs of dogs to tear apart our wildlife.

Dyrham misery
I have tried for several weeks to get tickets for a visit to Dyrham Park - A vast expense of parkland where I have never experienced any social distancing issues, even before lockdown! No luck. If this continues I shall cancel my membership.

The NT has become another political bandwagon.
Like many others who have submitted reviews, I too will not be renewing my membership. When I joined, I assumed that my membership fee went towards the upkeep of its buildings, not a political party, which is what the National Trust has become.

Eventbrite - National Trust - National Joke
I like others have tried to book a place online, gave up after an hour in the Eventbrite waiting room. Wasted an hour that I will never get back. NT get it sorted or I like many others will not be renewing my membership.

These fools are supposed to protect our heritage for the nation, not demonise our national hero’s and force woke PC bull down our throats. What are you going to do when these BLM and Antifa thugs arrive and start trashing the NT sites?

£8 to park and go for a walk in the woods?
£8 to park and go for a walk in Hatfield Forest? Really? I think the NT should be holding their assets in trust for the benefit of everyone, not just those who can afford to join or pay these kinds of prices.

I'm into my fifth year of National Trust membership, having recently returned from a holiday to Devon and Cornwall and discovered historical houses closed but the tea rooms and gift shops open there's not going to be a sixth year of membership

Not happy waiting on hold for 20 minutes! Did eventually get through and happy it was easy to change to joint Senior Membership.

Dreadful booking process
The new queuing system is shockingly bad. I’ve now been in a queue for over an hour. They clearly do not care about the customer experience. If it continues to be this impossible to get tickets we shall not be renewing our membership.

The boxes of biscuits in the gift shop…
The boxes of biscuits in the gift shop aren't really worth the money. The description makes them sounds really nice but they're quite sweet and all the same uniform texture. The star ingredients don't really feature. Stick to Supermarket own brand cookies for a more rewarding experience.

National trust please sort this out!
I have a family membership but this year we have not had a chance to visit any of their places . Since the booking system has been in place each time I try to book a slot there is nothing available. Very disappointing.

Cancelled family membership
Cancelled family membership, the NT has completely lost the plot. I didn't sign up to be a member of a political party that wants to tell me what to think. Also terrible management of parkland access during lockdown, absolute rubbish.

Scandalous cost of Ice Cream
Absolutely scandalous the cost of an Ice Cream at National Trust Sites.Very small scoops of ice cream put into a small plastic tub, not even a wafer or cone, DONT Buy one,Match the other high prices in their shops,

Wanted to go into cafe to buy coffee…
Wanted to go into cafe to buy coffee but was stopped by staff who said that I needed to buy admission ticket first then I can go in and buy coffee and snacks!! Ridiculous! Giant causeway is suppose to be free for tourists to visit.

Nice idea, but poor service spoils it. Run out of dishes but no information until you order. Indifference to state of facilities such as lack of cutlery, water etc. Admitted at tail end of lunch time. Food very good and not silly prices usually associated with NT.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
