As a landlord I’ve inherited Richard James when my other agency owners retired. I’ve had a really positive experience so far from the Lettings side, clear and quick communication, thorough inspection and inventory by Jo Taylor, statements through on time, maintenance queries taken care of quickly. They definitely give value for money for the service they provide. As a Landlord in shock at the state of a property recently vacated, I needed help with a TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme) Landlord claim which in the end was 100% successful thanks to the guidance of Amanda Sweeney (Manager of the Tenancy Management Team). Her prompt, concise, clear advice and communication made it so much easier. She was professional but with the right amount of empathy to calm my anxiety. They are a large team but everyone gives 100% I have had a lot of contact with Lilly Dodson who is always prompt to respond to any queries or calls. Richard James did the most fantastic job of selling our home! I am incredibly fussy about the way my house looks, and so one of the biggest things I was worried about was the photos.. but they looked absolutely stunning, and Alex turned out to be fussier than me!! The house was then online the next day, the brochure was sent to me the next morning, and RJ spent all afternoon calling their incredible client list. Within a few hours we had multiple bookings, and sold the house within a week. Richard James were professional, fun, and went above and beyond to get things done for us. We are sooo grateful!!! 💖

Had Poppy Trainor come round to my property to help me and go through letting out my home as I’ve never done this before. She’s such a lovely person and spoke more to my animals 😂 and made me feel comfortable in letting.
