They provide FREE property valuations and specialise in residential property sales. We pride ourselves in our customer service, and have a wide range of services available to suit all needs. From buying your first home to purchasing an investment property as well as providing a variety of marketing methods such as the offering of professional photography, virtual tours, accompanied viewings as well as virtual and live viewings via social media website portals. We are able to source Energy Performance Certificates for very competitive prices, provide you with a list of reputable and well established solicitors we work alongside for your conveyancing, once you have agreed a sale on your property. We can put you in touch with a reputable financial/mortgage advisor who can qualify you as a buyer/seller and in turn they will put you in the most favourable financial position to negotiate on your next home. In addition we can recommend some reputable and reliable RICS surveyors (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and even put you in touch with local and competitively priced removal companies, so that you are well prepared for that 'BIG' moving day of yours! We believe in traditional, straight forward and transparent business with all of our clients throughout the entire moving process. We invited three different agents to value our home. Richard Whatton gave a realistic, achievable value and his advice throughout was first rate. He clearly is an experienced expert in his field. Richard did an excellent video and set of photographs together with a write up that immediately attracted potential buyers. We sold quickly but unfortunately our chain broke lower down just before Christmas. Our property was put on the market again and early in the New Year, after several viewings from well vetted potential buyers that Richard had sourced, we had a new offer which was higher than our original purchasers offered. We complete on 26th January. Richard’s support extended to suggesting potential solicitors and removal companies when we asked. The whole process, whilst stressful at times, has been made as easy as possible by what has to be one of the most experienced, trustworthy and pleasant agents in the area. I thoroughly recommend him to anyone interested in selling.

Whilst Richard was in the process of selling our own house, my parent’s house needed to be sold. We didn’t hesitate in using Richard for this sale too. Again,Richard sold the house very quickly on one open day and again the photos and video gave an excellent representation of my parent’s house. Richard was always contactable with good, friendly advice and would go out of his way to chase any problems. My parent’s chain fell apart but Richard sold their house again within a week. This time it completed within 6 weeks. We’re so impressed with Richard’s knowledge of the housing market and his unique, personal service. We would always use Richard in any future house sales and would 100% recommend him.

He understands the processes extremely well, he understands and appreciates the client's needs and he has an amazing network he could call upon at every step of the way, especially when we were experiencing challenges. In addition to all of this, the support that Richard offers through this process is really tremendous. It is really great to get the level of personalised service and support that Richard offers.
