Richard was fantastic from start to finish when selling our house and helped ease what is an otherwise stressful process. Easy to get hold of when needed, always ready to answer any questions and extremely friendly and professional. He organised a full day of initial viewings by commencing viewings 1 week after the listing went live, and we accepted an offer after that first weekend. A much better experience than we had when trying and failing to sell with other local agents a couple of years earlier. We couldn’t recommend his services highly enough!

Great estate agent

I was recommended to use Richard via a financial advisor who told me Richard was an honest and trustworthy person to use as that was what I was looking for. After meeting Richard, I felt confident this was the right person to use to sell my house. He was professional and honest and delivered exactly what I was after. I don’t like pushy salesman so Richard was the perfect person for this roll as he was 100% genuine and did not hassle me at any point which I liked so I knew this was the right company to use to sell the house. Smooth sale

I’ve just used Richard to sell my rental property and he was excellent. From the initial meeting where he respectfully appraised the property and proposed the price, right through to completion day, when he handed the property over to the new buyer. He managed to find the right buyer and everything went through smoothly first time. Fantastic agent

I contacted Richard at Miles Byron in the New Year as I was looking to sell my home. I was drawn to Richard as a potential agent due to the wonderful review on offer by previous clients. Richard quickly arranged an appointment to meet me and review my home and discuss my wishes, he offered a fair and sensible price in line the current market and following agreement was able to return promptly to take photographs and get my home listed on the market. My home went up for sale on the 10th January 2026 and it an offer was made and accepted by 23rd January 2026 from ideal buyers with no chain as I needed a quick move due to personal circumstances with a timeline of the end of April as the ideal. I have today exchanged and due to complete on the sale on 5th May 2026. Huge thank you to Richard for such a seamless process and securing me the best price possible. No-nonsense estate agent!

I would highly recommend Richard at Myles Byron to anyone looking for a no-nonsense, reliable, trustworthy and experienced estate agent in or around the Swindon area. We sold our 3-bed detached property in Grange Park within a matter of days of the house going on the market, and for well over asking price. Our property was severely undervalued by another estate agent who have a high market share in Swindon, whereas Richard gave a more ambitious valuation and managed to sell the house for even more than that! The listing itself was professionally done with great photos and included all the key features of the property.
