As a first time seller, I was anxious about the process but Richard guided me through the whole process and was always on hand for any questions; worked hard behind the scenes to make the sale as quick and efficient as possible. I liked Richard as he is down to earth, honest and trustworthy, which is rare (with estate agents). I would certainly recommend Richard at Myles Byron.

Remained effective and professional throughout what was a very difficult transaction. Richard kept pushing the sale forward and helping to put it over the line when it did not look like it was going to make it. Richard sold my house for me, exchanged contracts yesterday! His valuation was spot on, and within 3 days he had arranged 4 or 5 viewing and we accepted an offer (over asking price) from one of them. The legal process throughout can be painful, Richard has guided us through, giving the buyer a nudge when needed to keep things moving. He’s very knowledgeable and aware of the market, a really nice guy you’d like to buy a house off or deal with generally, nothing was too much for him to do, including checking on the house as it was empty, putting the heating on to avoid burst pipes etc. I’d recommend Miles Byron in an instant. Great service Richard, thankyou!

Well what can I say. As part of the sales process I used two well known estate agents and was recommended Miles Byron through a family friend. All I can say is I’m so glad I found Miles Byron. Richard (I still go to call him Miles 😊) was absolutely brilliant. You can see from his passion and work ethic he genuinely loves what he does and will always work to get the best (and realistic) result for you. I had a few queries that were slightly out of his job role but he was always there to ask questions and provide advice. They say moving is one of the most stressful things, I’m glad I had Richard to help me along, get me a good deal and just be there to vent to sometimes. I would have no hesitation in recommending Miles Byron in fact I would urge you to try him, you won’t be disappointed.

Miles Byron has been, by far, the most easy to work with estate agent I have ever encountered. Richard is extremely friendly, approachable, informative and honest which is most refreshing and makes the process of selling your house as stress-free as possible (which is hard)! No matter what time of the day or night I had a question, Richard would always respond promptly and go the extra mile to follow up if necessary. He also made viewings line up on days that suited me, instead of his busy schedule, and communicated them to me almost instantaneously. He took into consideration every request I had and never forgot to inform me along the way. Even towards the later stages of completion, when required to be the 'go between' I received the same service; quick responses and open communication. I could not have asked for any more! If I ever buy/sell a house in Swindon again I would without hesitation call Mile Byron and recommend him to any of my friends and family. An absolute pleasure to work with :)

Even being one of the more lower-priced properties on the market, Richard had my property on his website+Rightmove by the next day and sold SSTC by the end of the week. We instructed Richard to help us sell our house after being on the market for almost a year with another Swindon agent. From our first contact until the end of the transaction Richard was a pleasure to work with. He provided clear and honest advice about what he thought we would achieve, and what we needed to do. Richard is always contactable and conducts viewings himself which really gives his offering the edge as he knew our house, and could answer questions easily from prospective buyers. We had a flurry of viewings and accepted and offer in a matter of weeks, after months of inactivity with our previous agent. Richard understood our situation and was happy to communicate with us using WhatsApp which was our preference. We have recently used Richard from Miles Byron to sell our home and could not recommend him highly enough. We initially invited Richard round to give us a valuation, and were unsure at that point if we wanted to sell or stay put. I immediately liked Richard. He was professional but friendly, clearly passionate about his job and most importantly respected our house as our home. Richard was very understanding around our uncertainty & kindly got everything ready for us to go live on the market, if/as & when we were ready, but there was never any pressure at all. When we found a house that we loved, Richard had us on the market and an asking price offer from cash buyers basically within 24hours!! This offer was also £30k higher than what another agent had suggested starting at. Richard also gave up an entire Sunday to do another 8 viewings for us. It has also been great having Richard as a point of contact to ask for advice with regards to our purchase. He gave so much good advice in terms of what to offer and even helped us to negotiate, contacting the agent directly on our behalf, to help us get the house at the right price. We would recommend Richard as an agent to anyone looking to sell their home. He is very experienced & knowledgeable, communication has been great throughout the whole process & Richard will always go the extra mile.

I was a first time seller looking to sell my two-bed flat, but experienced struggles as most agents wouldn’t pick it up, due to the hassle of selling a flat, but Richard kindly agreed to take me on. Since that agreement, Richard was supportive, knowledgable and always available to answer my queries (even on weekends!). Further to this, Richard’s personable demeanour, as well as his honest and hardworking approach made the whole process so easy for me. My sale has had many different struggles and complications and without Richard, I would have definitely backed out of the sale. But I trusted Richard’s expertise and ultimately was right to do so. Overall, I can’t give a more glowing reference for Richard and Miles Byron. Honestly, if you’re thinking of selling in the Swindon area, do not use anyone other than Miles Byron
