Richard was absolutely fantastic! We met him whilst viewing a property, and knew from that meeting we’d want Richard to list our house. He’s great at what he does without being a pushy sales man, he was really helpful throughout the whole sale and made dealing with a difficult chain painless! In future we will absolutely use him again and have highly recommended him friends and family! Go with Richard, you won’t regret it 😊

Richard is efficient, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He took fabulous pictures of our house and generated lots of interest, so we had a choice of buyers. He kept us informed, was quick to respond to any queries and was happy to advise and problem solve. He was always professional and also very, very pleasant and a pleasure to speak to at all times.

Richard has been amazingly supportive throughout what should have been a quick and easy sale of my late father’s property with a short chain. He was always easy to contact and replied to messages promptly. Furthermore he was constantly contacting my buyer and the solicitors to progress the sale which eventually completed 3 months later than the original date. Richard was sympathetic and reassuring and his advice was much appreciated. I know that I chose the right agent. I highly recommend Miles Byron estate agents.

Richard looked after our house sale and has been super efficient from start to finish. He’s very warm and friendly and has tons of expertise from years in the business. Every time we had a question or concern, he’s been right on it, even sorting things that were outside of his ‘official’ remit. He was spot on with his valuation and we sold very quickly. It has been refreshing to deal with someone who takes ownership and treats you as a human rather than a commission. Highly recommend!

Thank you for making the whole experience as seamless as possible. Selling a house is never easy, but Richard persisted and found the right buyers. Richard was on the ball and was always persistent on getting everything over the line. He has great communication & will always let you know what is going on. Richard is a one man band but that makes the experience more personal as he knows exactly what is going on and everything is direct. Richard was a pleasure to deal with from first phone call through to the final completion. Setting a realistic price and taking amazing photos that were so much better than other agents we have used previously, really accentuating the space and scale of the property. He set up 10 viewings on launch date which generated multiple offers. Also the mortgage adviser he recommended was an absolute star. All in all Richard offers so much knowledge and experience and is very easy to deal with. A very friendly person, we would highly recommend Miles Byron to anyone.

Richard is great, very knowledgeable, personable and a straight talker. Company is not massive, so you get a lovely personal touch. The challenge will be how Richard grows and keep that personal feel. Richard is clear, tells you what he thinks and will work with you to either sell at the best and most realistic price. He values according to the market and doesn’t sell you a dream that simply isn’t achievable, therefore leaving you frustrated in the long run if you have to drop prices. He got me 7 viewings in my first weekend and I sold. Great turnaround. Good communication, always available to those that work a lot and only have time to chat out of hours. Richard was great from start to finish you could really feel he puts his all into your property. We constantly had a direct line, queries were answered very quickly professionally. He defended my property and it's value when it was questioned, most estate agents are so keen to sell that they would have come back to the seller and asked if we would consider reducing but he stood by his valuation and our desire to achieve a certain price and it sold 7 days after doing on the market. He really does go above and beyond, sending me houses that he thinks I would like that are with other estate agents when he doesn't have to (one of which I bought ). Being self-employed, he obviously has to have a certain amount of self-interest however it did not come across like that. He was always available to help and give advice about the whole moving process, not only relating to my sale but also both mine and my ex partners new purchases. Truly the best estate agent in Swindon! Thank you Richard! X

Richard was exceptional from the very start. From giving us an honest appraisal of our property to taking excellent photos to showcase it. We loved that we had one point of contact with him and always felt he was doing the best thing for us. A buyer was found promptly after a few viewings which were completed by him and the asking price was met. He was always available for any questions and always replied quickly, whether by phone or message. Highly recommend his services.
