Excellent service

I don’t know where to start, Richard has been incredible from start to finish of a very difficult sale, due to circumstances and also the current market. Richard worked endlessly, and got the sale over the line finally. Nothing was too much trouble for him, including WhatsApp / calls late at night or at the weekend and putting my mind at ease through the intense waiting period for exchange. He was always in contact, constantly keeping me in the loop and really put me at ease. I will 200% use him again for any sale / purchase I make and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Richard from Miles Byron is the best!

Richard from Miles Byron was a recommendation. My word! Richard has provided such an excellent experience in selling my property. I can certainly rate him as the best estate agent that has ever lived! I have sold a fair few properties in my time, however this experience was much easier with Richard acting for the property sale. That’s quite a compliment as estate agents often don’t have a good name. He was professional, personable, kind, honest, realistic and never ever stressed, even when I was stressed. It was like having a best friend selling your property, who was working just for you and making sure things were ok for your buyers too. Richard met the buyers on completion at the property. The price the property sold for was realistic and a very good price to have achieved. I wish there were more Richards from Miles Byron, but there can’t be as Richard is unique!!! Choose Richard from Miles Byron! You won’t regret it.

We were recommended Miles Byron by a friend who had recently sold a house through them - we were not disappointed. Richard was honest on his first visit and did not give an inflated valuation, which we appreciated. He took his time in taking the photographs and video which were very professional. We didn't have a straightforward sale as our house was over 400 years old, however Richard listened to all our knowledge of the house & took on board how best to market a "quirky" house. A true professional

We invited three different agents to value our home. Richard Whatton gave a realistic, achievable value and his advice throughout was first rate. He clearly is an experienced expert in his field. Richard did an excellent video and set of photographs together with a write up that immediately attracted potential buyers. We sold quickly but unfortunately our chain broke lower down just before Christmas. Our property was put on the market again and early in the New Year, after several viewings from well vetted potential buyers that Richard had sourced, we had a new offer which was higher than our original purchasers offered. We complete on 26th January. Richard’s support extended to suggesting potential solicitors and removal companies when we asked. The whole process, whilst stressful at times, has been made as easy as possible by what has to be one of the most experienced, trustworthy and pleasant agents in the area. I thoroughly recommend him to anyone interested in selling.

Whilst Richard was in the process of selling our own house, my parent’s house needed to be sold. We didn’t hesitate in using Richard for this sale too. Again,Richard sold the house very quickly on one open day and again the photos and video gave an excellent representation of my parent’s house. Richard was always contactable with good, friendly advice and would go out of his way to chase any problems. My parent’s chain fell apart but Richard sold their house again within a week. After many house sales over the years, we had become quite indifferent to estate agents - whilst their obvious primary goal was to sell our house it was all too often conducted in a manner that was more convenient to them and less so for us. Richard at miles Byron is a one in a million estate agent. The housing market is so turbulent at the moment but he has held our hand through the whole process.
