After many house sales over the years, we had become quite indifferent to estate agents - whilst their obvious primary goal was to sell our house it was all too often conducted in a manner that was more convenient to them and less so for us. Thankfully Richard from Miles Byron came on to the scene and upended this view. Richard is supremely professional, has an innate knowledge of the housing market, is passionate about his work and his approach unquestionably puts the customer first. Richard listened to our needs, was always open and honest in his advice and was readily contactable. From the very beginning I knew our house sale was in safe hands - his marketing material, especially the photos and video, were of the highest quality and his eminently likable personality meant he readily built a rapport with our house viewers. In short, Richard sold our house very quickly and for a very welcome price. Richard is the gold standard for estate agents and I would recommend using his excellent services over any other agency.

Richard at miles Byron is a one in a million estate agent. The housing market is so turbulent at the moment but he has held our hand through the whole process.
Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we had to pull out of our house sale.
Richard was again brilliant - he is more of a friend now than an estate agent and would highly recommend him to anyone. A highly passionate and driven individual that I’m sure will sell your home for the right price and take a lot of stress away.
We need more agents doing what Richard dose.. but he sets the bar very high!!

Can't recommend Richard from Miles Bryon Estate agents enough. Was great throughout. Me and my partner were first time buyers and couldn't have had a better experience for our first time.
